Location not great, probably central for business but not even close to the old town.

The hotel was spotless food was hit and miss same menu same food everyday portions was tiny and some couldn't be ete it was that bad payed for breakfast and dinner but neither was worth going down for most of the time we ate out.

Staff did not speak English which surprised me for a hilton hotel. Check in took very long and we did not get WiFi instructions. Then WiFi was not working for us so had to go back. Restaurant menu did not have much to offer.

I booked a twin room with a sofa bed for my 16yrs son. On arrival was told the room didn't exist as if it's no big deal and they would make up a double. Ordered the twin to be able to rotate the sofa bed. The sofa bed was rock hard with a joint right down the middle which made the bed very uncomfortable. Would not recommend for an adult. The menu was the same every day with no change or specials. The food was not consistent and rarely arrived all together to the table as the staff don't write anything down. We had paid for half board but it wasn't until the fifth day of our stay we were offered the three course instead of just the main meal but for rest of stay had to remind staff. No apologies for the error. The hotel menu is limited to 2 starters, 6 mains and 3 deserts. The sides with the main courses are very small so would recommend you order chips and bread rolls. Same menu everyday with no specials and we stayed 10 nights. The breakfast was buffet but would recommend going down early. There is no menu so we didn't know we could have an omelette for a few days. The cleaning staff were very friendly and provided excellent services. Would recommend paying on arrival to afford issues when checking out. The hotel is very new so fingers crossed they will improve with more experience

The swimming pool was great but it was ice cold for the first few days but they do have a sauna and steam room and lots of towels available. The gym was brilliant and easy to access. The staff were very friendly but service was very slow and they usually got our order wrong as they don't write down your order. The location is excellent if you want the town on your door step with the main shopping centre visible from the hotel. The air conditioning was brilliant and the wifi was really fast. The staff had very poor English so you do need a translator app to avoid issues.
