We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was good, 8 our of 10 stars. The servers are very nice and helpful.

United Kingdom31 reviews“Pleasant city stay - do explore the old market in Izmir.”Expensive bar prices. The taxis used by the hotel don't provide baby car seats which was a problem for us. Our transfer from the airport did so we presumed they'd all have them.
Rooms were clean and comfortable though my daughter had to change her room as it was evident that someone had been smoking in there. A pleasant hotel.

I called the reception to request for something several times. They told me that they will call me back but no call back. 3.) Room service hotline number is not answering most of the times. 4.) The hotel has its own car park and you don’t need to pay extra. Also we had a very early morning flight with kids and we were all very tired they were so nice to offer us to rest in our room hours before our check in time.
