As we're early morning gym users, we would have liked the gym to be open earlier than 10:00am.

This place feels like a home away from home. 6 of us were based here for a week as we explored the nearby archeological sites. We got to know the staff and had quite a few meals here, and were very comfortable. Delightful breakfast, lots of options. Particularly loved the made to order omelettes as well as the local options that changed each day. Lovely pool/sauna area as well, and one member of our group made use of the massages and said they were fantastic!

There was nothing I could complain about.

As soon as I enter the hotel, the smell for me is the smell of Sanliurfa! I feel welcomed, well looked after, happy. Huge improvement since I was there in March 2022; room was modern, spacious, clean and the view was excellent. Staff, as always, very helpful, welcoming and generous. This is the place to stay in Sanliurfa!!

My biggest issue in this hotel was the fact that only one person of the staff, who was rarely present, was able to communicate in basic English. After the arrival, there was some issue with the payment, and I had to use my phone and Google Translator to explain the receptionist, that the booking is already paid, but I chose to pay to Booking.com (not directly to the hotel), so they should solve it with the company. The next day, the issue was solved, but it caused some unnecessary stress to me right after the arrival. Annoying.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. The hotel, as you would expect from the brand, is spacious, comfortable, clean. The location is also good. It's very close to the museums and a big shopping mall, but you must count with the fact that the main historical sights are at least 1 km away. It was not an issue for me, as a young person who likes to walk, but someone might find it difficult, especially in the summer. The breakfast was OK, though I would appreciate a bigger selection of hot meals and BETTER COFFEE! There was just a Nescafe automatic machine, which did not satisfy my morning needs. I understand that in Turkey, the tea is the number one choice, but in hotels of this class, I would expect to have possibility of choice between both good tea, and good coffee.

Property needs maintenance. Some furniture needs renovation. Hallway carpets need to be replaced as they are coming off everywhere. For these reasons property is not upto the mark for Hilton.

Excellent location, great service and friendly staff. Outstanding customer service and support provided from check in to check out. Food in the restaurant is nice although there could be more variety at breakfast. Overall its great 👍

The location is quite convenient and the parking is easy to find. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The room was decent, just the velvety sofa felt old and not as sanitary. Overall, a pretty comfortable stay.

This is hotel favored by megalithomaniacs for easy access to excellent Sanliurfa Museum and 25 min drive to Gobekli Tepe. Hotel staff wonderful, nice breakfast and the modest bar offered cold beer! (often unavailable in Turkey).

The hotel had a shortage of staff. The guy at the bar was trying to sort out everything for us. The air conditioning system was not working properly which can be a problem in summer.

Great location, very big shopping mall right next to it. There is car park at the basement, you can park free of charge. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Indoor swimming pool could be cleaner if hotel wants people to use it. Dirty showers space with ot of hair, no towels, no service... It's unpleasant surprise as all the rest in hotel works perfect.

Very good location - close to Balıklıgöl and old town and just 300m from archeological museum (including mosaic musem - our strong recommendation to visit them both!!!). Very good international standard as You can expect fom Hilton network.

Room given to us smelled of cigarettes, and furniture in it is getting old.

My first stay at Hilton Gardens Inn Urfa, since these unprecedented times have begun. The location of this hotel is still its best attribute. Hotel itself is run down a bit now, which saddens me, but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and I know I will be coming back.
