I liked everything about this hotel. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast, beautiful panorama of the town and surrounding from the terrace and especially hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Kenan was amazing. He could easy communicate in English and from the first moment I arrived he gave me valuable advice, recommendations, booked all my programs and trips for the entire stay. Another guy carried all my luggage to the bus station . Had a great experience in Cappadocia thanks to the hotel staff. It was also very well maintained- a lots of flowers, very nice decor. All that created a wonderful, cozy atmosphere for my stay. The room was a little small but it didn’t bother me since I was by myself and did not spend much time in the room. The ladies in the kitchen were very kind and caring. The location was also great, in a walking distance from everything you need to see in town.

Gives you so much more time to enjoy your stay in Cappadocia. Best breakfast so far in Turkey. Excellent location with stunning views and very close to town, 2 minute walk. Our stay at the Heritage house was nothing less than wonderful. Beautiful place, excellent breakfast, and 10/10 staff. Kenan was an exceptionnal host, always willing to help us and happy to share his knowledge and tips regarding the region. We've never felt like mere customers and he ensured we had the best experience in terms of tours, activities etc… to make the most of our time in Cappadocia. All in all, 10/10 place, highly recommended !

Nice interesting cave hotel experience. There’s no window and so when you close lights it’s literally pitch black, we find that extremely helpful for our sleeping. Owner is also very helpful and helped us booked our trips, taxi pickup during our stay.

RomaniaCoffee was not good, this would be an easy item to improve as a lot of europeans love their coffee in the morning :D. The roads were very bad when we traveled there, there was a lot of construction and dust - but this is not really about the hotel, just an FYI for people who travel by personal car.
Breakfast was good, a varied selection. The staff was very helpful , decent wi-fi and comfortable bed. We booked a baloon flight and a day trip with the hotel and we were satisfied by the services. I would recommend staying there.

Kenan and Selcuk are very friendly hosts and they work very hard and always available to answer any questions. They provided all the information about the local area and which tours are most worthy of doing. They can help with anything you need like booking balloon a ride, tours, airport transfer etc. Our room was clean and the facilities of the hotel are excellent especially the rooftop terrace. I will highly recommend this place to others.

The location is very good, 3 mins from the centre of town. The sunrise view from the terrace is amazing and not many hotels can offer that. Kenan and Mehmet were cordial and super cooperative, fun and friendly guys who will help you with any and everything! Extra points to this stay just for them. If you haven’t paid for your balloon ride already, let Kenan do it for you, because through him you will get the first batch of flights, which makes sure you view the sunrise from the balloon and not from the ground. Breakfast was yummy and had plentiful variety.

The location and all the facilities were top, not to mention the hospitality of the people from the hotel. We booked the accommodation due to good reviews, especially those based on how helpful the owners were, and we can confirm that it was beyond our expectations. They recommended us Kenan, as our guide, who is such a kind person and a great professional. He helped us with all the planning, basically he did everything from private transfers to scheduling balloon trip, ATV, horse riding and red/green tour. The hotel is super close to sunset/sunrise point (max 5 min walking) l, and you have a great view during the morning over the ballons (we had a premium room with balcony included), and is also sparkly clean. We totally recommend this place, and Kenan as your guide, as you will have a full experience in Cappadocia :)
