Manager Ates was very friendly and there for every question. He helped immediately with anything. We did not have to ask for much though since everything was organized very well. The rooms are comfortable and the furnishings are in a very good condition.

Our landlord is very nice person and we got a lot of information surrounding areas, buses, restaurants, beaches and everything which helps travellers a lot. Apartment is lovely..

Only slight issue that everything in the stairway could be heard going on within the building, including our next door neighbours midnight adventures. The key is soldered onto the chain with the fob for the electricity. It's to keep it from being lost. However every time we need to unlock or lock the door it's a race before the electricity turns off - especially at night when it's dark. However that's not too much of a problem. An amazing place to stay at.

Comfortable, well thought out. Host was waiting all day for us at the flight was delayed, even offered to grab our luggage from the airport as it arrived late. Very helpful, always available. Cleaners were kind and helpful. The bed is comfy. A home away from home.

I am very happy with my stay at the hotel. Conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to the waterfront and 10 minutes to a very beautiful waterfall. A lovely comfortable bed, there is everything you need for cooking. The main advantage of this hotel is the wonderful responsive hosts! Who do everything to make guests feel comfortable and leave only pleasant memories! I will definitely come back again, thank you for your responsiveness and kindness! I have traveled around the world a lot, but this is the first time I have met such an attentive attitude to guests💗

Good location, close to a Main Street- good food options nearby. Spacious room, quiet area, very helpful host. Wifi worked great. Balcony was helpful to hang up laundry/beach stuff to dry. Free parking on the street.

We, my wife and I, have very much valued our two weeks' stay at Home Mood, a perfect location, close to Lara cliffs' parks, Duden falls, dental clinics, restaurants, supermarkets and public transportation to Antalya City center and to Konyalti beach (for only 15TL = 0,45$). Our apartment was on the first floor with sea and pool view. It was completely furnished with a modern touch, clean, with a kitchen very well equiped for a short or long stay.  The apartment complied with the photos and description.  Most importantly, our friendly host Ates was always present to provide prompt replies to our questions and valuable suggestions regarding the surrounding shops, restaurants, activities... We really felt at Home with a family Mood. The hotel name is fully representative!

Ates was a good host. The top floor bedroom has a sloping roof so ask first if you want to avoid it. Kitchen had all the basics for cooking and there was washing powder for a wash in the machine.

Cafe with live music located across the street were a little loud till late evening couple of times.

Cozy apartment type hotel in non-tourist area, close to the sea and beautiful nature park. Public transportation (buses), cafes and big mall are also in walking distance. Host is very helpful and friendly. Everything you`d expect from renting an apartment is there.

Very nice manager, you can ask him about anything, if you are looking for a quiet apartment with a washing machine, kitchenette, TV and wifi, this is it. I especially like the free shuttle to the beach and the sun loungers on it. :-)

Mr Ares is just an amazing owner! An apartment was clean, there was everything you need staying for several days (washing powder, gel for dished, tea, coffee, salt, etc), good bed, washing machine, air conditioner, internet. Also there was free transfer from the apartments to the beach. The location is nice - easy to go to the city center by bus or walk along the sea.
