Lighting would have been better. Very old shower tub and one of the side was broken & so had to adjust everytime before starting the shower.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Walkable distance to the beach and bus stop to get the centre. There was issue connecting to WiFi but they resolved it immediately. The staff arranged Taxi for airport transfer (Yellow Taxi which is cheaper then private shuttle). Had a balcony/smoking area.

The bathrooms could have been a bit more cleaner. There was a small window at the top in the shower cubicle facing the building opposite. Probably there for ventilation , however it made us very conscious whenever we were showering. We made sure to use it during the day as I am sure during the night someone from the opposite building will be able to see through the window.

The staff was very kind and helpful. I must mention one man (unfortunately forgot to catch his name) who was kind enough to print our boarding passes for us.

Sometimes at night, we did not get hot water and had to climb down 3 stairs to request the staff to switch on the boiler so we could get hot water in our shower. Also, for any request or clarification, we had to climb up and down every-time due to absence of elevator. It would have been nice to have a phone in our room so we could contact the staff.

The location of the hotel was good. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean when we arrived. Breakfast provided was also good. The check-in process was simple and quick. The pool area was very good. There was a balcony present as well.

As I'm not a smoker.maybe a smoke free area for those who don't enjoy others cigarette smoke whilst your enjoying your after breakfast coffee or chat .

It was more like a home than a hotel .you just felt comfortable in the surroundings.

Our room's AC wasn't working properly and the room is smaller than what you can see on pictures but it wasn't a big deal comparing to the advantages.

We went for a 13days stay and I'm glad i didn't listen to the bad comments i saw on booking. The hotel position is amazing ! It's 5-7 minutes by walk to the beach ( konyaalti plajı ) and 2-3 minutes walk to the main road where you can find everything you need ( restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops, taxis, beauty centers...etc) . The place is calm. Except for some of the hotel guests who were loud ! The staff is amazing and very kind especially savaş 😊. The breakfast was a simple turkish breakfast but fine. I would absolutely choose it again if i had to go back to Antalya ! Thank you Lunay hotel staff ❤

Nice hotel! Really, very close to the beach and the beautiful promenade (7 minutes if you take a short road). We had two weeks on vacation, we liked everything. The top floor and lack of lift was not desirable due to health problems.

The service was warm and great. The staff were always ready to help. The rooms were clean and nice as well as the beds. Close to restaurants and beach (5-10 minutes by walking). Great hotel.

I expected a triple room would be bigger. It was ok for 2 persons. For 3 persons it would not be comfortable. The toilet door was difficult to close.

Breakfast was pretty basic but certainly better than nothing. No kettle in room.

Great location in Konyaalti Beach area with lots of restaurants around, bus to Old Town nearby and ten minutes walk to the beach. The room was big and nice and the staff were very chatty and friendly.
