Great hotel in every respect. It is located in a relatively remote location, but close to upscale shopping and about 500 meters from the Osmanbey metro. It takes about 25 minutes to reach Taksim on foot. Hotel management is wonderful. I extend my special regards and thanks to Mr. Mustafa Aydin for his professionalism and wonderful dedication to his treatment & assistance.

The spa in my room was leaking which caused us to not be able to use it and it flooded our bathroom we kept having people come in and out of our room

The rooms are really small. I hit the bed a few times while moving around but was told that all the standard bedrooms were this size.

The hotel was really clean and the breakfast was good. Location is really good. Right near City’s Mall for reference and then a short walk. It is on a small hill so be mindful of that as this is something that I look for but it’s not something that was a huge issue as either I walked down or took taxis up.

The carpet in the living room was not really clean!

We stayed there for a week with my family, the hotel was in a good location in Nişantaşi. The bus stop and subway station were super close to the hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel was really welcoming, nice, peaceful and relaxing especially with the spa facilities. Moreover, the staff were really helpful, friendly and sincere. Adem bey, one of the staff, was really helpful and sincere. He helped us to find a reasonable price transfer to airport. Serhat bey, the person who was in charge of serving the breakfast, was incredibly nice and welcoming. Even we ordered tea at 1 a.m. and they were really friendly in this case. Mr. Aydin, the manager, and Turan bey, the assistant, helped us a lot in booking process and offering great rooms. They changed our room twice in a day for satisfying us. In total, we were really satisfied with the hotel and our stay. I recommend this hotel 😊

Amazing location, we upgraded our room to a suite and had a huge bathtub, balcony and a great spacious bedroom with a sitting area. Thank you to the amazing team who looked after us, everything was incredible from start to finish. The restaurant team who looked after us during breakfast was great, Tural was so incredibly helpful with every request we had, thank you so so much!
