The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. my favorite hotel staff ever. Mustafa helped us on multiple occasions and with all of our concerns. Burak was lovely every morning for breakfast. the breakfast at the hotel is immaculate. this was my second stay at the hotel. i will be going back.

Very nice service, polite personnel and lovely staff! Very helpful and friendly. The rooms and interior of the hotel is very nice as well! And there is a parking right nearby, which is very comfortable. Highly recommended 😊

The staff are extra friendly for me the location was perfect as my stay in the hotel is for the wholesale market around even if u r visiting Istanbul for shopping and outings where u don’t need of comfy room the value for money for the hotel is very good

The hotel it's self is superb , had a 4 night stay and the spa to ourselves the whole time . But the beat part of the stay has to be the staff , they go that extra Mile for you and are the most friendly people. Thank you 😊

The location was great, but it is in a corner so it is a little bit distant from the normal streets.

The property was clean and the staff were incredibly help full. They made the experience by far so amazing. With helping and guiding.

The staff was really nice especially adam and mustafa Mustafa has upgraded our room to a spacious room. The hotel is 9 mins walking to nistansi and 10 mins to metro or bus New rooms and very clean

Great hotel in every respect. It is located in a relatively remote location, but close to upscale shopping and about 500 meters from the Osmanbey metro. It takes about 25 minutes to reach Taksim on foot. Hotel management is wonderful. I extend my special regards and thanks to Mr. Mustafa Aydin for his professionalism and wonderful dedication to his treatment & assistance.

The spa in my room was leaking which caused us to not be able to use it and it flooded our bathroom we kept having people come in and out of our room

The rooms are really small. I hit the bed a few times while moving around but was told that all the standard bedrooms were this size.

The hotel was really clean and the breakfast was good. Location is really good. Right near City’s Mall for reference and then a short walk. It is on a small hill so be mindful of that as this is something that I look for but it’s not something that was a huge issue as either I walked down or took taxis up.
