Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

QatarLocation is not good. It is 4 star hotel but no anticipation. I always had problem with my phone charger. There is no adopter for charger. But front desk team always helped me to charge my phone. Also when i asked water from waiter she told me i must go to by myself to bar and ask water. Also her attitude drinking bottle of water in front of guests it was not about 4 star hotel

IranThere was nothing that I did not like but I have one more suggestion. Tea service could be available and free during the day with an extra amount on room price. one more thing is about cleaning. the staff and service was wonderful but sometimes the daily check of soap shampoo tea and coffee items at rooms was not performed completely but in general everything was nice and extraordinary.
The breakfast place was really good. the staff was friendly and helpful. I think some items of breakfast could vary more during the week and the the drinking items could be located for public using, so the guests and the staff would be more comfortable. but I know it might be because of Corona prevention. The staff of reception, restaurant and cleaning service were perfect(10/10). the garden was wonderful and green. I hope to come back again and stay at this hotel.
