The smoke detector in the rooms doesn't seems to work. The moment we switch on the air conditioning we could smell heavy cigar smoke smell (probably from next rooms). We had to change our room twice to find a room without smoke smell. Kids pool water was really cold which makes the kids enjoy less in the pool.

We liked the food, facilities and access to the beach very much. The kids play area and activities were impressive.

Pool water was cold for the kids. If the pools could have been temperature controlled then it would have been much more comfortable for the kids. In adult food more chicken items should be added.

We loved the kids facilities and the pools. Kids food had good variety. We loved our stay as the kids enjoyed the most because of different sorts of entertainment for them. Staff was good and the rooms were cleaned regularly.

We had a room facing the pool, so unfortunately we were exposed to the noise of the evening program at the bar every night until 11.30pm. It would have been survivable if the singer of the band hadn't sung so cruelly falsely. Next time we will definitely ask for a room on the other side of the building. It was only on the spot that we learned that the toboggans of the hotel's water park are accessible to children from 10 years of age or 140 cm tall. The lifeguards were very strict in this regulation, although some of the attractions were definitely not challenging. We were here in April and only the pool by the toboggan was heated.

Nice, medium-sized resort in a beautiful garden, actually the nicest in the area. Great food and selection. Antalya airport 30 minutes by car. Nice rooms with equipped bathroom.

Amazing hotel for a family holiday. We travelled with my parents and they were accommodating to have rooms next to each other. The children facilities (water park, activities, space in the restaurant) were perfect! There were plenty of children activities offered and the staff overseeing it was very good. The huge number of pools was great as you had lots of variety between relaxing pools and children focused pools. The choice and variety of food for the buffet was really good and the quality of the food was super tasty! There was also plenty of choice in terms of restaurants and snacks throughout the day.

We took our 2 kids with us 6 year old and 15 months...they both absolutely loved it and so did we. The food was exceptional, staff were amazing. A special thank you to Ozanna at the front desk people's relations she was an absolute gem and helped us so much ❤️ Kids club was full of so many activities, the night shows are a definite must!

The only little minus for me was the bed, which I didn’t find too comfortable.

Great facilities, beautiful gardens and an extensive pool landscape with several pools. The water park is fantastic. Service is very friendly. Food and drinks are varied and of good quality. Beginning of May the weather was pleasant and the hotel wasn’t very busy, I’d say that’s a great season to visit. It was a great experience for us.

Our stay at IC green palace was great. The Staff is hospitable and friendly. They do their best to make the stay memorable. We were three families traveling together. We had booked a standard room for our parents, and they upgraded it to a quadruple room so we could have room next to each other. Kids loved the activities at the hi Kids club. We both used the teenage activity and for younger children. The aqua park was the childrens favourite, but to take the big slides you have to be 10 years or more than 125cm. The beautiful Beaches, the gardens, pools everything was perfect. The food was delicious with a lot of variety. The Staff was helpful. Nilofar who made our rooms were kind and caring. Our flight was in the afternoon, and there was no problem to use the fascilities till we left the hotel, they were very hospitable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. We made good memories and will definately return.

Maybe I missed it somewhere in the description text, but the big slides are only available for kids that are 10 years and older with a hight of at least 1.25. This caused some dissapointment with our kids.

We enjoyed our time at Green Palace. Not only clean and hygienic rooms, also the rest of the facilities where clean and taken good care off. We visited green palace in the first week of May, the temperature of the pools where good. Childrens splash world was even extra warm. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendly and helpfull staff. Also some great shows for young and old.

Swimming pool was not heated and they advertised as heated. It was a problem for kids especially but adults didn’t use swimming pools too. I was disappointed as I booked this hotel especially for heated swimming pools.

Food whilst is pretty good, can be improved further.There are enough choices for people to decide however if you are staying for more than a week, a little fatigue with set in. Staff may or may not always understand english, however they do try best to help out.

Property had a bit of everything, which in a way caters to most of age groups. Since we went with a 2 year old, there were ample options for him to keep busy. Enjoyed the baby pool, small rides, multiple play areas outside and inside both. Food and drinks were available most of the times during the whole day, with cafes serving coffees. Most of the drinks i ordered were also included in price. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Water on the indoor pool was too cold. In our room AC was not effective - at night it was too warm (not big issue in April).

Well-kept hotel area, tasty food with a large selection of dishes, availability of various types of alcohol, including imported ones, good service, "Magnum" ice creams, nice shows (especially Magic show), nice beach with a bar next to it, aqua park for children, but be aware that large slides may only be used by children over 10 years old.

I hated the written bad reviews :) This hotel is magnificient

Everything is exceptional. It's heaven for those who have kids thanks to HiKids club which has extremely professional staff. I go everywhere knowing that my kids are taken care of and enjoying their time and when we are together they don't get bored and we have lots of things to do and to eat. Overall it was a perfect place.

The air condition through out our stay was not working. We stayed in hot room but nights were little cold so we were ok. The guest relations told us that they weren't expecting weather to be hot hence air conditioners are not operated. This is was only the very big downside of our stay.

One of the staff members was rude at the bar. After reporting to Guest relations, they made an extra effort to look after us. They even threw a complementary a la carte dinner for us.

Amazing place. Very calm and beautiful. Everything facility in close reach. Service very decent with friendly smiles. Average food at the buffet restaurant but a la carte dinner at the Italian restaurant was fantastic.!! Best part is entertainment for kids and adults. Belle dance was a treat.!!!

Turning off the lobby lights after 12 every night while the bar was open 24 hours left us sitting in darkness.

Having stayed at this hotel it was our second visit, and once again, we were treated to an incredible experience. The staff, particularly Omer, Volkan, Deniz, Surkan, and Merve were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We're already planning to return in the summer, eager to relive the wonderful memories created here.
