Definitely the best hotel/service during our one week stay in Turkey. Nurcan is super nice and considerate. Before we arrived I asked some questions regarding how to get to Selcuk from Izmir airport/getting from Selcuk to Cesme, and Nurcan was very patient and provided very detailed instructions. In fact she went to the bus station to check for us whether there’s direct bus to Cesme (there isn’t) and later offered to drive us to Cesme at a reasonable price. She put on the AC in the room before we arrived and also offered to drop us off at Ephesus. The room is also spacious, well amenitized, and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was traditional Turkish and abundant. Our stay in Selcuk wouldn’t be this fantastic without help/recommendations from Nurcan. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

The stay at Ephesus Hotel was very comfortable. The owner put on the AC ahead of our arrival and so room was cool. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was traditional Turkish and very delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for hotels in Selcuk

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Our entire stay was perfect and felt very personal. The hotel is very centrally located with the Ayasoluk Castle, Church of St John and the Ephesus Archeology Museum all within short walking distance. There are also many restaurants and cafes nearby. Ephesus itself is a five minute drive away. The owners of the hotel are very warm people and made us feel at home. The room was spotless, spacious, quiet and comfortable. The minibar was stocked with still and sparkling waters and sodas which were free of charge and there was also a kettle with various teabags. The breakfast was the best we have ever had anywhere, always prepared fresh and according to our preferred time. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect!!

Our stay at this family-run hotel was the highlight of our trip. The location is amazing - just a few mins away from Ephesus. We were the first ones to enter the site in the morning, and could beat the tourist rush! The room was large, new, super clean and classy. We were treated to a home made breakfast in the garden area, which was such a treat. Don’t miss the preserves, fresh orange juice and amazing coffee! The best part of our stay was our host Nurcan. We have not met anyone so hospitable and kind. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and treated us like we were her family. I am so grateful to her for making our trip beautiful, and I’m happy to have made a new friend in Turkey :-) If you are visiting these parts, definitely stay with Nurcan and preferably for longer than we did!

Everything about this property was fantastic. The location was steps away from St. John’s and an easy walk down the hill to the main shopping district. The owner helped us arrange airport transfers and a day trip to Pamukkale. She even offered to drive us to the coast one afternoon. Breakfast was amazing!!

A wonderful host who made us feel welcomed every moment of our stay. She even drove us to the train station early in the morning for our train to the airport! The property is new with very beautiful, well designed and clean rooms, and is in walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Staff is very friendly and polite besides breakfast was the best I have ever seen so far in Türkiye, nothing was missing I must say. Hotel is also new and constructed with the best quality of materials apparently. Last but not least facility is so clean!

· The hotel is a very nice hotel with nice , clean and large rooms close to the town and Ephesus as well. The breakfast spread was delicious and with a wide variety of food. But the one thing that would probably make this one of the best places we have ever stayed in would be the hospitality and the warmth that we received. I must say that we found the people in Turkiye very very friendly and hospitable throughout , but Nurcan is something else. I had asked her a couple of times on the best way to go to Kusadasi from Selcuk over text ( the option seemed to be an expensive taxi or the local dolmus which needed guidance) . She not only offered to drop us there ( it is a 30 to 40 min drive one way), she also co-ordinated with the dive center for the right place to drop us. It rained when we were returning in the evening and she was waiting before we reached to pick us up as well. Spending a couple of hours + on a busy day just to help us out is was something we deeply appreciated and were overwhelmed as well. On knowing that our kids like pancakes, she learnt how to make them and made delicious pancakes the next day for breakfast. I could go on but she and her family really made our stay so much more special. From nice treats to great restaurant suggestions , sharing the amazing achievements of her father in law, it truly felt like staying with family. Thanks a ton Nurcan from the bottom of our hearts for an amazing and special stay!!

There wasn't anything to not like. All of our interactions with the owner and staff were delightful.

Our stay was perfect. The location is great: close to historical sights and away from the bustle. The owner and staff are very friendly: always smiling and very helpful. The room was comfortable: very clean and comfortable pillows; nice view of the mountains. The hotel is beautifully made, subtle and classic. The lobby is decorated with sculptures and art created by the owners' family, which added a lovely personal touch. The owner, Nurcan, made extra effort with our breakfast once she found out that we were vegetarian. Everything on the table was freshly made.

Not that I didn't like, but be aware that Ephesus is a small town in Turkey with not so many things to do.

The place is more of a bed & breakfast than a hotel. It is conveniently located in the old part of Ephesus and run by its owner, with personalized and exceptional service. With limited English, the owner goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. She makes all the plates for breakfast, a fabulous tour of Turkish flavors! (see the picture attached). There are a couple of good restaurants near by, and it is a good place to stay if you are visiting the site of Ephesus and the house of the Virgin Mary (about a 10 minute drive)

Beautiful new hotel which was tastefully decorated. Within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Breakfast on the terrace was outstanding with plenty of variety and many Turkish delicacies. The hostess was so kind and helpful.

Nothing! Amazing place to stay.

The room was fantastic and very spacious. I had a ground floor room which opened directly onto the terrace. The owner and other staff were very friendly and helpful, and they served the most amazing breakfast feast. The location was fabulous, and for anything further afield, the owner helped with drivers and guides. Everything was newly updated and wonderfully clean and comfortable.

I liked everything

The hotel opened less than a year ago, so you can expect excellent facilities. The room is very comfortable, not too spacious but very nice. Good shower, good bed, quiet place. The breakfast is absolutely excellent, a typical turkish breakfast with a variety of salty and sweet pieces, fresh jams, different cheeses etc. The staff is very welcoming but it would be great if they spoke better English. One suggestion: buy an expresso coffee maker like Nespresso or something similar to offer in the breakfast area if you want to marvel your guests.

OK, the only negative, the breakfast was way too much, yes first world problem I know.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in ever and I have traveled to over 85 countries. The owner and the staff are friendly and have a great balance of being attentive and giving you space. I wish I had the shower in my own home.
