United KingdomThe staff at the restaurant/beach area are not the friendliest, they seem quite unbothered, tired, and fed up. The only very friendly person was i believed the manager of the restaurant area; and he was always smiling and happy to talk to us. But in general the service is not that good. There were even moments that we ordered bread for example and the waiter didn’t even bother to remember to bring it. Cases like this happened quite often. I also asked for a food item to be sent to my room and the front desk was very confused and overwhelmed with my request and said they’ll let me know. after 10 minutes, I called again and asked if they put the order in place. but instead they asked for me to wait for someone to come to my room in 20-25 minutes to take my request, which is of course way too long. In the end, I had to go the restaurant and order it, put it on a tray and take it to my room. I assumed after this encounter that room service is not a thing there. I’m not sure, but better and clearer communication would be appreciated. The rooms are also not very sound proof etc, so you can often hear a lot of conversations going on around the place. Although, when I complained of a noisy neighbour at 3-4am, the hotel front desk immediately assisted the situation which I appreciate. But in general, you might need ear plugs if you are sensitive to sounds. Although the music is good, it is also very loud, even if there isn’t a crowd. Sometimes I craved to just lay on the beach in silence, but of course it is a beach club and there will generally be loud music; even if there isn’t always a big crowd there. If you don’t mind this, then it’s perfect for you.
It is a new hotel; so they are trying their best to be innovative, set up a lot of events etc. and it was nice to be a part of that! we attended their “full moon party”, and it was really cool. We would’ve also attended their “pink party”, but we were leaving on this day. The aesthetic of the beach club is a very beautiful mixture of many different cultures around the world. The rooms are also very beautifully decorated. The food options can be pricey, but very delicious. I recommend the penne arrabiatta, spaghetti bolognese and the beef doner wrap. I ordered some items f online to the hotel, and the front desk was very understanding of it, which I appreciated! The DJ/music options are very good! I enjoyed it a lot.

United Arab EmiratesThe hotel itself is beautiful but they have so much growing to do. We arrived well past our check in time and they said our room was ready, when we got to the room everything was used, there was hair in the shower and old bedding from whoever stayed there before, they cleaned the room after I told them that it was not cleaned. Another thing , whenever we would shower the water would push up which means the drains blocked, when I looked I could see clumps of hair sitting inside, now I know they clean the rooms everyday but could not understand why they wouldn't unblock the shower when they can see its blocked. I HATED using the shower and would take short showers instead. I was shocked that they didn't offer any customer service recovery for the room that was not made up or cleaned. I didn't expect much but anything would be nice, no one even came to checkin on us afterwards. Just the acknowledgement of their mistake wpuldve been nice.The toilets close to the restaurant would be out of toilet paper every morning, so in general i think these are all things related to cleaning.i asked for an iron one morning ad staff rolled their eyes because they had to bring one, i didnt even get it on time and it was sitting in my room the next day. I just stayed In istanbul for one night in the a small old room with a tiny shower and my experience there was better than here. The staff and customer service was much better . Would be much better if they got someone that could speak to their international customers. Its a great location but to be honest I Don't think its worth the money , yes it looks great but its lacking a strong team or magement to be on top of the small things that can changed a hotel like this to a sensational place. The staff on service at the restaurant were very nice In general but somone needs to check the rooms before they book anyone.

NetherlandsThe rooms were not clean enough - you could literally hear and feel the sand in the room. There were dead insects (next to the door and next to the balcony) and room service didn’t clean those out during our stay. There’s nothing on tv that’s in English / non Turkish so that’s hard also.
