Everything was going so well until we checked out, where we were told we had an open bill for food. It turned out the croissants we were asking for at breakfast were not included in the "normal" turkish breakfast, but the breakfast waitress did not tell us that, maybe because of her poor English. Bear in mind that one croissant is almost 5€ there... It was very disappointing to see that the receptionist couldn't make an exception in our case, as we were never told it had an extra charge...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, there was no smell of cigarette in the room (big achievement for a turkish hotel), the space is very clean and it is very well located. As for parking, you need to hand the keys to a valet who will park the car for you.

The room’s size is small a little bit, and there is no soundproof but the hotel is very quit so you will not feel uncomfortable

The property location was perfect, it’s near to Midan and the Cornish, you will walking to both of them. The staff were very helpful entire time i was there, the room service was is very professional and it’s very clean, the valet guy will bring your car once he saw you coming to the reception And i feel the price was match a value of hotel

The bathroom is too small, and it needs a lot of maintenance, it was very very bad. The W.C is the reason why we dont consider coming to this hotel. Although everything else was nice.

The hotel does have automatic heating and cooling system so during winter, although it’s cold outside it can get very hot in the rooms, but they staff do try to adjust it as best as they can. Other than that it’s a perfectly good hotel.

Excellent value for money, the hotel is well maintained and in a good location. The staff are really lovely and the boys looked after the parking of our car and were extremely kind. Really nice experience.

Due to the location, if you open the the window, the traffic sound storms inside. But the sea view can wash that away.

Nice hotel with excellent location in front of the sea not far from the airport and 5 minutes walk to trabzon center. Clean room with comfortable bed. Average breakfast.

Breakfast is not renewed after the end of the items, the rooms are somewhat small. The bathroom design is inappropriate and uncomfortable. One elevator is not enough for the guests.

The location is very excellent, the lobby is wonderful and the breakfast is quite good. We spent wonderful days in it, everything was great .

The standard rooms was very small , also windows glass need to be more hidden for the privacy. Breakfast is very normal.

Mostly I like the location, is near to everything we need all shops & restaurants, and near to Trabzon maydan.
