I wish I could give this place 100+ stars. The way they treated us was EXCEPTIONAL. Sebastian (Sebo) treated us so well that he even took us around Istanbul, helped us so much, gave us tea, coffee, was super sweet and always willing to help. His hospitality is something I have never experienced before. If you are thinking about going somewhere please come here, you will not regret it!!!!!

The absence of an elevator can be inconvenient with heavy luggage. The room (deluxe double room) is a tiny bit too small)

The location of the hotel is perfect, literally two minutes away from Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque by foot, and also very close to the tram station. The room was very clean and had all needed amenities. Sebastian and Burak were very helpful and welcoming.

The position of the hotel is amazing. Just a few minutes walk from the Agya Sofia and Blue Mosquee. The staff was great and really helpful giving advices and organizing the transfer to the airport. Recommended.

There are no lifts/elevators but the front desk Manager, Sebastian, more than makes up for it. He helps us with our luggage to our rooms on the upper floors. Amazing.

The breakfast spread is fair for a boutique hotel but the service level is excellent—friendly and polite staff from the front desk to the quaint restaurant and the housekeeping personnel. All in all, it was a great experience and a sure value for money deal.

Fantastic location very near the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, and lovely views if you have a balcony. But the real standout from our stay was Sebastian and the rest of the team, who made our trip exceptional. Service from the heart and lovely staff. It was the perfect stay in Istanbul.

There was only one hanging hook in the toilet. It would be better if there was hooks or racks for towels etc. Also no toilet roll holder in the toilet. This hotel has no lift but the staff is helpful to help with bags.

Clean and modern look. Comfortable and cosy room. Short walk to all the main attractions. Excellent location, even has a taxi stand close to hotel. Breakfast is decent, staff is helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff Huseyin took exceptional care on us. Front desk Sebastian rendered assistance readily, even ran out to call in a taxi for our checkout day to airport, it was raining that day!

This hotel has fantastic location.The staff is very friendly, especially the owner Sebastian. The price-quality ratio is exceptional. Everything is very clean and tidy. Breakfast is varied. I did not expect such an offer, considering that the price is very affordable.I recommend this hotel.

Literally no down points.

Looks even better than in the pictures. Super clean, the staff is super helpful and friendly, the rooms look really nice and are very well equipped. The location is great, central but still quiet. Great value for money. Will definitely be coming back.

The room was a bit small

Very nice clean room with big windows overlooking a cobbled street right in the heart of Sultanahmet - it is only a two or three minute walk to the Aya Sofya so location was great. Nice breakfast and a very good shower. Also the hotel manager Sebastian was incredibly helpful and friendly - he arranged our airport transfer for us, gave us great tips on what to do and had a couple of excellent restaurant recommendations up his sleeve too!

The breakfasts were average. The room was quite dark, the windows were overlooking the Palace's walls. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom washbasin drain sometimes.

The Hotel is placed right by the walls of Topkapi Palace, right in the city centre. It's very close to all the main Istanbul landmarks, like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia including lots of more. The interiors are well designed and new.
