Nothing it was great

Extremely clean and well presented. Great location. You can walk to Taksim square (20mins) or get the metro which is very easy. Loads of restaurants in the area too. Staff were extremely friendly. David gave us such a great intro and was so helpful through our whole stay. We wondered if a 9.6 rating was really going to be deserved but it absolutely was. A 10 from us.

I recently stayed at Istanroom by Keo and had a delightful experience. There has been nothing to complain about.

Staff has been very friendly. The hotel and the rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are really comfortable. You can get water and Turkish coffee for free if you want. They don't offer breakfast which is ok as there are a lot of different nice eateries very close by. We always stay in Sisli when in Istanbul as you will find everything you need in walking distance. This has been our second stay at this hotel, but most probably not our last. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Istanbul! Highly recommend you stay here for your getaways. The hotel is very clean and transport links are amazing around the hotel, you could get to Eminönü & Taksim within 10-15 minutes max by bus even quicker with the metrobus/train. Nişantaşı is within 5-10 minute walk! The cleanliness of the hotel is outstandingly great! The staff especially we thank so much for all their help & support, they were all amazing with their services! Very welcoming, warm hearted and friendly staff, it couldn’t have been any better. Highly highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming Istanbul and we will definitely be returning again and choosing here for our future stays in Istanbul for sure! I'm actually very surprised regarding how good this hotel is, personnel do everything to give you best experience, they clean the room daily and even changing the bedsheets. The windows are sound proof and the location is really good, only couple of minutes to the subway. We will definitely book this hotel next time we go to Istanbul.

I liked almost everything about the property. The air conditioning unit could have been more effective, but this is a minor detail.

Very welcoming stuff, willing to help and answering any questions that we had about the city and the surroundings. We had a good interaction with the stuff and especially with David. We were also pleasantly surprised about the free beverages offered, the very comfortable beds and pillows. The location of the hotel allowed us to experience better the way of living of the locals. So this was not an area full of tourists ( like us 🙂 ) but provided the means to eat local food at local prices, for example. And we enjoyed it. The subway station nearby was also very helpful.

Wifi was a tad bit patchy but this is a general issue in Turkey. Not a big deal.

We have never felt welcome and at ease at any hotel as we have at this hotel. All the staff are so helpful and hospitable and they try to do absolutely everything to make your stay more comfortable. I would like to specifically mention Noureddine who was like a generous family member, always offering things without us even asking, extra water, tea, coffee, pillows and whenever we called reception he’d be at our room door in less than a minute with what we’ve asked. Also Enis at the reception was very helpful with a comforting smile, spoke perfect English and arranged anything we wanted with extreme efficiency and professionalism, he even gave us a free Istanbul transportation card to charge and use without needing to buy one. The room was spotless clean, bed very comfortable and a great AC. The hotel location is great in a nice area of Istanbul and 5 minutes walking from Osmanbey which is a major metro stop and 1-2 stops from all major Istanbul attractions. Yes there was no breakfast but they more than make up for it in their super hospitality.
