It wasn't that clean, the bathroom floor was always wet after taking a shower in the dush cabin.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Just one time my room cleaned after my 3rd request. In bathroom i had problem and they did not solve it. The strees that hotel located is not good. It was dark street and nights it is a bit dangerous. Hotel needs more staff. Breakfast was okay, the staffs at breakfast were so kindly. Noise isolation was bad.

No parking place availability!! The guy at reception wasn't friendly at all!! The other room wasn't clean which we reported at the reception but the issue wasn't well addressed!! Hotel at a commercial market place so a lot of noise

I wish I could give this hotel a 0 but it’s not possible , DON’T stay here if you want to be treated badly , the water was cold , shower head was broken , toilet seat was broken , lamp was also broken , the toilet paper holder was so rusty that the rust was coming off onto the toilet paper (not hygienic at all) , the service was terrible, marked on booking.com the time we would arrive and check in and we were refused a room until the afternoon , thankfully we had another place to stay that night but otherwise we would’ve been left on the streets like dogs , constant partying going on in the rooms next door and overall it was the worst stay and not worth a penny , should be a 1 star hotel and not 3 as I have stayed in many other 3 star hotels and was provided service way better than this .

The restaurant staff in the 4 floor was a woman who was aggressive with arabs and nice with turks I was schoked because we all paid for the rooms That woman need professional training about customer service and tolerate with non turks and she has to learn the concept of diversity because the world is much bigger than one country

This place is disgusting. The floors were sticky. Look at the photos. Who knows what the stains were in the bathroom?! The manager was late to check me in even though I gave notice as to the time I would arrive. So I had to wait on him to return. He looked confused when he came back. He didn't know what I was talking about as far as excursions for the guests. My room smelled like cigarettes because people were smoking in their rooms. I've traveled to 22 countries so far and lived in 4 of them. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, Airbnbs, and hostels through the years and this was BY FAR the worst place I've EVER stayed in. I hated every second I was there. Do not book a room here unless the horrible things I've described appeals to you.

I didnt understand how the cleaning was made: the beds, the bathroom were ok, but the tables and mirrors were absolutely disgusting… probably someone forgot to do the enter cleaning process. But this was not nice at all, taking into acount that we traveled with 2 young kids.

It’s located near the center, so we could walk around. The hotel is nice in general.

The rooms look even better than shown in the pictures. It was an amazing hotel with clean and perfect rooms. The washrooms and shower were so good. The staff of the hotel was really nice and helpful. As for the location, it’s close to almost every one of Izmir’s landmarks. You can walk to Alsancak, kardonboyu, Kemaralti market, Konak Square, etc. 10/10 for me in every aspect.

The coffee machine sometimes didn't dispense coffee or hot chocolate or both correctly (it would dispense hot water and milk instead), but when it did it was available 24 hours, and when it failed we would just make tea with it.

The breakfast consists of simple ingredients and the option of stale cereal, but it was quite lovely and we ate a lot of it (not the cereal). The hotel staff were also very nice, and the location has a lot of good food, entertainment, and wonderful scenery nearby.
