You need to ask for bathroom amenities (such as shaving kit, toothbrush and etc) from in-room service which is not provided beforehand and there was only one bathrobe so we had to ask for extra. Toilet glass that shows body silhoutte is also unpleasant for those who value more privacy. Breakfast lacks variety considering the segment of the hotel.

Location was great, wifi was good, staff was helpful. Comfortable bed, complimentary free water is plus. Photo machine was also entertaining. In room dining food was good as well.

Everything is great Oh~ but we arrived really late and couldn’t find the tv controller and the TV is bothering long time But the hotel solve the problem soon

The staff at this hotel is some one the best i have ever experienced. They truly care about their guest and are extremely attentive. I would especially like to thank the young lady working at the M.Club for her outstanding friendliness. There are many things around the hotel and in the room that show you that they really want to make your experience special.

Very good breakfast buffet. Warm egg dishes and other extras can be ordered separately. The hotel room with a sea view on the fifth floor was very comfortable and large. There is free coffee, tea and water in the room. The hotel is centrally located. The hotel staff was consistently helpful and very friendly, both in the hotel and in the wellness area. It is possible to rent bicycles free of charge. This is a great service.

The air conditioning/heating: it was not easy to maintain a constant temperature. Bedroom doors tend to slam shut unless held back, so guests leaving early in the morning or arriving back late at night disturb other guests. No drawers in wardrobe, desk, or bedside tables, although enough hanging space. Bread at breakfast was not good quality and was often not very fresh. Plenty of excellent bread available elsewhere in the city.

Breakfast was fine, with an extensive buffet selection. Dishes cooked to order were good. The location was ideal, being on the waterfront and close to many restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the sea view from my room spectacular

PRICE. ITS VERY EXPENSIVE ESPECIALLY IF YOU BOOK ROOM FOR THREE! YOU MUST PAY EXTRA FOR THE ROOM CLEANING AND YOU MUST PAY EXTRA MONEY (ABOUT 70EURO) ON CHECK IN AS GUARANTEE AND IF YOU DONT USE ANYTHING AT THE HOTEL THEY RETURN TO YOU ON CHECK OUT. ALSO THE BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD, BUT EXPENSIVE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FAMILY.

The best place in Izmir. Clean, very modern, very polite and efficient staff. Next to the sea. . Cozy quite rooms, great sleeping quality. Spacious bathroom. Beautiful lobby with bar-Cafe and restaurant with view to the harbor. Nice restaurants nearby

I wish there had been some English TV channels (I mean movies, not just news) for when one is relaxing after a long day. But if you don't have many English-speaking guests, that's understandable.

Great location, great view of the harbour. Staff were all excellent ... friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was of very high quality. Lots of restaurants nearby and the old part of town can still be reached with a bit of walking. Also quiet at night, so nothing to disturb your sleep. No problems with wifi. Overall, Izmir is a fantastic place (especially for the day trips out of town), and we're glad we didn't just stay in Istanbul ... weather was also much better in Izmir!

This hotel is truly exceptional, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Deniz, in particular, was wonderful, consistently ensuring the well-being of the guests and offering assistance whenever needed. I had the pleasure of experiencing a Turkish bath and a massage during my stay, both of which were truly remarkable and added to the overall enjoyment of my time at the hotel.

High quality service, starting from your entrance to the hotel - extremely helpful staff, ready to support (literally, all - guys at the reception, breakfast/lunch, parking). Extra clean rooms, not a single fleck of dust! Nice location, offering the opportunity to have breakfast with great sea view in a calm atmosphere. Wallet parking, convenient, not free of charge, though, but still a good option. New Year decorations were amazing and I hardly restrained myself not to eat cookies houses :)
