Service in hammam last year was better than this year. Paid for 50 minute session when the actual session lasted 30 minutes.

Last August 2022, we stayed here. We loved it so much, we can again in August 2023. Everything was excellent this time too! In fact they gave us an upgrade! Facilities, room, staff, service, is impeccable. Thank you to Denize in guest services, who went out and beyond to provide us with great service and advise. Rating the hotel 10 + out of 10!

There is really noting that we didn't like.

Everything! The hotel has a magnificent and helpful staff, great and pleasant people are so important when you are on vacation. Location of the Hotel as well as the accommodation is really like it says in the guide. We didn't reserve the rooms with the sea view, but we actually had it (partly). The hotel is literally on the "foam of the sea" as we would say in Montenegro, and in front of it is long "lungomare". Almost all important sites for visiting, like the Clock tower, Smyrna Agora Ancient City, Kermeralti bazar, mosques, synagogues, churches ... are not far away and possibly reach by walk .

The service and facilities were exceptional, the staff were super friendly especially Beyza who helped us navigate Izmir and made us feel right at home. We also traveled with an 8 month old and it was a lovely touch they include a baby care kit which I haven’t seen at any hotel before. Well done Marriott, we hope to be back again!

The hotel roof top has a great potential to be a nice bar or restaurant. I think the potential is not properly turned to opportunity.

The staff are are extremely helpful and supportive. I had a great experience specially with Duty Manager Ms. Beyza (Not sure if the spelling is correct) All experience from the beginning from reservation, check in and stay was perfect. Location is great. Thank you to all of the team

Everything was just perfect for us.

Breakfast and all other foods and drinks were absolutely great! The Staff was really kind, honestly kind, which is rare in the hotel sector. We travelled with a baby who was also really satisfied:-)

One day we were said that hammam is free for Marriott's guest and next day we were said it's paid service.

Very enjoyable stay in this beautifully decorated Hotel which sits right across the sea. The breakfast buffet was terrific. Great location. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. One of the best!!!! We will definitely go back anytime.

We thought Internet was a bit too slow.

We had 2 suits as we are traveling with our 2 children and parents. Rooms were great, food amazing, club was great with all selections and breakfast was outstanding with amazing view. Location is perfect but our absolute favorite were staff- friendly, attentive, caring, helpful and I could really see they wanted us to be comfortable and looked after us well.

There are two issues When we arrived they did not provide us with the room we reserved through booking. Second night they give us room according to our reservation but unfortunately in the 7th floor and their was a party in the roof level that lasted until 1 am with very high music sound and noisy that not allowed us to sleep When we call the reception 3 times he said he can't do any thing and this arranged by the hotel in specific nights Too bad every thing was good but those two issues

Special thanks to Mr Burak the manager was very helpful in arranging room to us when the reserved room was not available. He tried his best to help and make us satisfied and comfortable
