The restaurant is claimed to be a top choice in Gocek/Dalaman. Unfortunately, it can't be said so. The level of dishes, serving, and taste is not high compared to the top restaurants experience in the area. The cost of the dish is too high for what you see and taste. Restaurant personnel should be taught to provide better service, ex.: a bottle of water should be opened by the waitperson and poured into the glass, and the level of English should be enough to recommend something with or describe it. Breakfasts are served in Turkish style, but this looks like a compromise because for two-person you receive pretty limited range of dishes, if you stay at hotel more than two days - you’ll be tired of the choices provided. Breakfasts require more variety of meat/vegetables and fruits included. Coffee beans better be upgraded to the better local rosters brands.

It is a great location, and the hotel perfectly fits the natural landscape. Everything is built and done with attention to detail, using the best equipment and environment, rooms and other hotel zones are stylish and comfortable. Great fitness area, sauna, and spa. I wish you all the best with the development of the service and location.

Restaurant is awfully expensive, pizza costing over €20, and since there’s a nothing else in the area you either suck it up or drive 20 mins to Dalaman and eat there. SPA is a bit of a scam. Only works if you’re willing to pay €100 for a treatment, otherwise neither sauna nor steam worked during our stay. Guest-facing staff should speak much better English in a premium hotel like this, targeting international clientele.

Fantastic nature surrounding the property, with beautiful and lush gardens, well taken care of and great bio-diversity. Loved the Turkish breakfast and overall food from the restaurant, special kudos for Neapolitan pizza! Very comfortable rooms, with firm mattresses and well darkened rooms. Gym facilities were absolutely fantastic! Very kind staff!

The room was clean, but we found a cigarette stub in the room, and another plastic cover - both were not ours. We are both vegan and the restaurant is not vegan-friendly. Given that there are no other food options around, we were hungry :)

The nature around the hotel, the music at the pool, the setting with all eatable gardening around. We loved having cats and dogs around!

The accommodation is advertised as being adult only but there are lots of guests with dogs and cats and the hotel itself has cats. Personally, I would rather have kids than animals as the cats tend to want to come inside the room and disturb personal space while eating, but others may like it. The breakfast is ok and quite simple but I believe a meat option should be included and it can benefit from having more variety as it gets repetitive when staying for a week. Ideas to improve breakfast is they can provide more yoghurt (rather than the spoon of yoghurt they provide, more for looks presumably) and sweet snacks would be welcome as there aren’t restaurants and shops within walking distance currently. Juice is not included either which I would usually expect. The food menu could do with an update and there are strikingly no real tradition turkish options which is a shame. However, the food I did try such as beef burger, pepperoni pizza, Frankfurt sausage and fries were nice and of good quality at least. Maybe you can buy some food and snacks from the Gocek town centre supermarkets which is a 30 minute drive away. Communicating can be tricky if you do not speak Turkish but they can understand some basic words in English. Some of the initial booking instructions for checking in could have been clearer. Set around a vast natural landscape and forests, this is a good concept for a retreat. It has a good swimming pool and sauna room with good views of the forest from the bedroom. It feels very calm and relaxing, with the earthy tones and colours. The bed was comfortable and the King room was nice and spacious, with a terrace (although cats took over here). The staff were nice and willing to help out when in need of something, whether through messages or in person. The airport is a short 20 minute ride away and taxi can be arranged with the hotel when going back. You can feel at ease with nature here.

Food and services are a bit overpriced!

Remarkable place!! Very gentle staff, nice view, very fresh air, very delicious breakfast!! They have a really convenient gym and good design(not in the rooms unfortunately)! Perfect to stay even if you plan to visit Gocek beaches everyday (15 min ride) Everything was perfect!

As it is a very new hotel, not everything is perfect, but all those small inconveniences are very easily solved by management. For example, in our villa we’ve got 3 bathrooms and one sink was out of order during our stay. If the hotel reads my review, please extend the hours for the common pool. It would be the perfect place for stargazing.

We stayed for 2 nights before going to the airport (4 people in one villa) and felt really comfortable. We liked basically everything. The villa, restaurant, pools, free amenities in spa were amazing. Kitchen was very well supplied, you just need to bring your food and drinks if you want to cook and not to pay extra (there will be no stores around). But everything we tried in the restaurant was delicious and fairly priced. And the breakfast. OMG!

I absolutely adored my stay at IZZ - the place is absolutely gorgeous, everyone was so nice, I will definitely be back. The rooms are spacious and clean and modern with nice patios. The breakfast was absolutely amazing!!!! And the pool area was so comfortable and beautiful. I also had a hammam treatment with the massage therapist who was absolutely fantastic - I highly recommend getting a treatment with her. I am usually never satisfied with anything, but I really loved my stay at IZZ and felt so well there. Really fantastic value for the money.

We definitely recommend this hotel. As you can see in the pictures, the hotel is beautiful and is located in a very quiet and authentic neighbourhood. The food was amazing and the cocktails were unique and delicious. Furthermore, the facilities were welk-equipped and clean. We worked out in the gym, which has two different kinds of treadmills and several other calisthenics/fitness machines and appliances. The pool always had enough free beds and was very clean. Also, the staff were very kind, both in the restaurant as in other places. One of the managers approached us when we went for a walk and was kind enough to recommend some beautiful hikes in the forest. Other than that, we did two art workshops. Apparently, the art workshops were hosted by (one of) the owners of the hotel. She was a lovely woman, we enjoyed creating macramé and felt art with her. Afterwards, she sowed our felt art onto a pillow and added a little packet of lavender to our pillow cases so that they smelled lovely when we took them home. In short, we loved our stay here and hope to return there soon!

Restaurant was average although the staff were friendly and the ambiance was very good. We had tasting menu which looked very good on paper however it did not meet our expectations - ceviche was very poorly made (it did not taste like ceviche) - probably because they are new and must still be training their kitchen crew. The chef came out to hear our feedback and he took it in very nicely.

Beautifully designed space. People are friendly - they refunded a part of what I paid at the time of booking as their pricing strategy had changed since and they were selling the same rooms for a much cheaper rate when we arriced to stay. Massage/gym were superb. Their pool and pool bar are very good. Their breakfast is delicious. I would go there again.
