The location on the beach was amazing and the hotel was somewhat shielded from the hustle/bustle of the rest of Oludeniz. The property itself was beautiful and the roof top breakfast was top notch. The staff were incredibly polite, professional and accommodating. They were happy to give out recommendations and help book tours. They valet parked the car so we did not have to worry about parking. The property is located next to all the bars and restaurants with loud music in the evenings which ended around 1am. honestly, this did not bother us at all. By the time we finished dinner and walking around town it was quite late already, and we were exhausted so fell asleep right away. Before you know it, it has wrapped up. If you plan to go to bed at 8 or 9pm, this may not be the place for you, though they do offer earplugs.

Because if the clubs around it is loud in the evening. It was ok for us but you have to take this into account.

Unfortunately the nightclub scene has grown up around it so the noise was loud until 1am. The staff apologised at lot; they are clearly caring and promised it would be quiet by 1am which indeed it was. We slept well after that time

The property is truly beautiful; others have described it as an oasis and we would agree. The staff are very caring and truly lovely; we arrived later and nothing was too much bother for then. Breakfast was supporting the next day

We can’t really think of anything that could be better - maybe a little more storage in the room for unpacking clothes but that’s it!

We had a wonderful stay at the Jade Residence! It’s like a little oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Oludeniz Beach. The staff were super friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious with good AC and the breakfast included every morning was huge and delicious. The hotel contacted us before our stay to advise us that the beach could be noisy at night but it didn’t bother us at all - we didn’t need to use the earplugs they provided in the room. We highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit oludeniz

We stayed at the hotel in May 2023 and May 2024. We rate the hotel excellent in all respects. The hotel area is an exquisite garden, where it is always quiet and secluded; during the day you can admire the plants, sunbathe or watch paragliders flying in the sky. In the evening, the garden is illuminated; while sitting in an armchair with a glass of wine you can look at the stars and universe. If you want a noisy and crowded life, just step outside the hotel gates, the sea, the shoreline and the vibrant life of Oludeniz are nearby. Excellent breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the sea. A chic restaurant for lunch and dinner. Cozy rooms. We will come back soon!

The light in the room and bathroom is a bit dark. So it's cozy, but if you're are trying to do makeup, it might be an issue. But that disadvantage is nothing of course comparing to the advantages, just mentioned to be objective:)

It was the best hotel I ever stayed in! Very beautiful with attention to every small detail Nice green territory Cozy Very nice personnel, also feels like they are being treated very well by the hotel management. Sometimes you would see cleaning lady's tired and grumpy, but here they were always smiling and positive. Cleaning was also very good 😁 Very good and big breakfast so that you don't feel hungry for a long time and very nice waiters that would always make funny jokes and try to speak our language with us In general good attitude. Sometimes in Turkey you can see people really serving you in a bad sense, but not here. Here you are being treated as a guest. It was very important to me Of course, good location 1 min from the beach, all the restaurants and a bus stop Also appreciated that the owner told us about possible noise from the street before we booked. For us it wasn't a big deal, but nice that they warned us.

Where should I start :) The staff was amazing! Unfortunately, I was sick all the time during our vacation. They tried to help me feel better with everything, sending herbal tea to my room, trying to make me soup. So I should first thank them for their help. 10/10 Food: Such a chef!!! Everything was so delicious!! Breakfast till dinner! If they have a Michelin star later on, I wouldn't be surprised at all! 10/10 Drinks: I am not a cocktail person but oh boy, what was that! The best cocktails I have ever drunk in my all life! Also Michelin star for the bartender! 10/10 Cleaning ladies: I hugged them at the end when we were leaving! I felt like a family really! Such nice people! So thank you Deniz and his staff. This was a dream vacation for sure and we really hope to see you guys next time as well. We will never forget our dream vacation ever! As expected, the noise from a nearby bar with a loud DJ persisted till the wee hours. There were earplugs in the room but we were so tired we didn't need them! As with most Turkish hotels, instead of a top sheet and blanket, you get only a blanket made with a towel-like material – scratchy!

Our second time at Jade didn't disappoint. The pool area is gorgeous as always, and getting a first-floor room was great since we had huge bags this time. Bathroom is beautiful and clean, the bed comfy, the staff gracious and helpful. Location cannot be beat, and the restaurant upstairs has a great view and great food.

Loved the feel and ambience of this place. Right on the beach, resturant with great food and service and loved the pool area which was a lovely spot to chill under the shaded trees in the afternoon when the beach got too hot and busy. There is some noise from resturants and bars at night but this is part of what you would expect if you want to be right in the centre on the beach front. We had no problems going to sleep and loved every minute of our stay here. Will definitely recommend to our friends and stay again if we come back to Oludeniz.

The noise nearby is very loud, but the hotel told us about that and we brought a ear pod which helped a lot.

We loved to stay in Jade Residence. The staff are amazing and they all speak English. The breakfast, shower and bed are very good. They made our stay much better.

The location was great! We were warned about the music at night time but it did not bother us. We didnt even use the earplugs that were supplied. Breakfast was superb. Their cheese cake and cream brulee were the best. The waiters were friendly. We enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle from the restaurant terrace. My kids paraglide and they came by straight next to the terrace. The manager was very friendly and understood my concern regarding parking of my rental car. He took good care of it.
