Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Additionally, the Wi-Fi speed was inadequate. Furthermore, upon checkout, my colleagues were billed for minibar usage with an unreasonable pricing process compared to supermarket prices.
The rooms were spacious, and the cleanliness of the entire building, encompassing both the rooms and the restaurant, was satisfactory.

KenyaThe broken shower pipe was a nuisance, as it sprayed all over the bathroom and bathing was a task. The team in the evening forgot to inform us that the repairs won't take place the following day, because of New Year's, and we were only staying for 2 nights, and being over New Year's it was difficult to get a room change. Also, the chain lock was broken.
Firstly, the location was superb! You just get out of the metro and your hotel is across the street. We are grateful to the staff who upgraded us to a suite, however, the shower was broken and that caused some inconvenience. The views of the city were great as we were on a higher floor. We understand repairs couldn't take place as the repair team was not working during New Year's. The breakfast was very good, and we did also try their room service and their food was tasty. There's a lot to do and see when in Ankara, being the capital, and we have shared some of our memories so you can visit the same. The Anatolian museum is a must-visit! And the doll museum and castle are also a must-visit. You can also check out the Atakule mall, where you can pay a fee and get to the highest floor on the tower to get 360 views of the city. There is a park near the mall and many other parks which you can visit such as Kuğulu Park where you can see the white and black swans. Metro and bus are the best mode of transport while visiting Ankara.

LebanonThe room was smaller than the pictures on bookíng.com. I couldn’t find shampoos, shower gel, conditionner bottles,… just one kind of gel to be used as shampoo and shower gel in the same time (but I asked the reception and they got me what I’ve asked for, thank you☺️).
The location is perfect. Calm area very close to everything. The room view (not the street side) is magical showing Ankara’s landscape. Kind staff speaking english fluently. Good breakfast.
