Lovely boutique hotel! Excellent for a short stay due to remote location. The breakfast is 10/10! Fantastic views, facilities, clean environment, spacious rooms and great amenities. Pretty pool area with very comfortable sun loungers, great place to relax & unwind! Staff were very helpful and kind. Good vegetarian food…I was worried the food would not be that veggie friendly and I was pleasantly surprised, as the food really was fantastic! I would definitely return again in the future :) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Too many steps,quite steep in places,( should be made aware of the steps during booking process) . Glass bathroom door and glass partition adjacent to the loo, ( not comfortable with that at all )

Nothing. The hotel has a family of cats which are very friendly. Not a problem with us but if you are not cat lover it may be a concern.

Everything. The location was perfect for a quite relaxing break. The hotel was tastefully decorated and rustic. A typical village house. The breakfast was a full Turkish breakfast. Evening meal was well prepared and very enjoyable with a spectacular view towards the sea.

Everything was pefect

Beautiful hotel, very spacious rooms decorated with taste. Hotel is very calm and relaxing (as it is located few km away from the center of Kas). Pool area is also very nice. Very good breakfast. We will definitely come back there next time we are in Kas, we only wish we stayed longer.

We loved everything about the hotel and location as we wanted somewhere peaceful and away from the busy town. However, a car is essential if you want to explore.

Breakfast was fantastic and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The pool and gardens were quiet and pretty and the perfect place to relax in the sun or shade. Our room was comfortable and very clean.

The room was perfect, the bed so comfy, and the room from our view was so beautiful. The breakfast was very yummy, even my boyfriend who is very picky with food enjoyed it so much. Everything was clean and we felt so welcome. The environment was so relaxing and comfortable. The host was so so helpful with ordering taxis and helping around. I would definitely come again.

Absolutely everything! A real joy to have been able to spend 3 nights here, calm, relaxing and very confortable. Great room, great bed, best shower. The breakfast was the best. Very kind and attentive staff. I highly recommend this little cocoon above Kas.

The distance from sea is long, if you mind it.

One of the best experinces that I have ever seen in Kas. If you dont mind the distance from sea, it might be the best place to go in the region. Eat at least once there, the quality is amazing. The place is also colder compared to city center thanks to altitude, very good for hot summer days.

1. Window by toilet with no curtain for privacy. 2. At this price I would of expected a mini bar/fridge and a kettle with tea/coffee etc. 3. The bathroom has very dim lighting, barely enough to see by.

Not the easiest place to find and you definitely need a car to get there. If your looking for someone quiet, peaceful and out of the way, this is the place for you. it’s a lovely old building and the staff are friendly and attentive.
