I highly recommend this hotel, delicious breakfasts. the owner reads minds. We had to check out at 3 and the owner himself prepared food for us for the journey, a very positive surprise. The owner is super nice and helpful. The hotel is located in the beautiful old town and close to everything. nice terrace restaurant with delicious tacos. room clean and tidy!

Breakfast is between 8am to 10am and they cook for you after youre seated so its fresh but this also means you dont get to eat right away - need to wait about 10min - 15min til you are served... if you have a tour then you may not have enough time to eat and go to tour meeting point because if youre staying in the old town, tours will pick you up from main street Mc Donalds. I didnt get to enjoy breakfast on one of my days. Staff are friendly but they dont speak much English. You dont recieve daily bottled water = I got one bottle at check in and a second bottle when I asked for it. They sell bottled water to hotel guests, its not expensive but one bottled water should be provided daily to all hotel guests. You have a key to access your room. Once inside your room, you can lock the door then put the room card into a slot to get electricity. If you need to ask reception something, you have to remove your room card from the slot which turns off electricity, then open the door with the key... Its a minor issue but frustrating one. Mini fridge in the room was very loud, noisy so i didnt use it and it will only keep your drinks cold when you are in the room - with the room card in the slot. TV does not have English channels. My room was right next to reception and on street level so I could hear everything... as I had a busy schedule, I slept well but if youre a light sleeper, maybe that room may not be suitable for you. If I am to revisit Antalya, I would stay in the old town but pick a different hotel.

Hotel is located in the old town, approx 10min walk to main shopping street or to the marina. Room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay including air con as it was still hot in September and a kettle if you want to make coffee and tea.

Decent stay near to high street/Pub area. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was limited but good. they provided early morning shuttle to airport. Hotel doesn't have lift but the staffs helped us in carrying the luggage.

The place is clean and nice. The rooms are small, but if you book the place just for sleep purposes, it’s amazing.  Everything is clean. The stuff is super nice day always were there to help us. If it was with our transport questions we had we even didn’t feel good one day so they made us tea special for us and breakfast was delicious and there’s a lot of options.

Lovely family-run property in the perfect location! The rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds. The hosts were the friendliest and made us feel at home. We were served delicious traditional Turkish breakfast daily, and the hosts were so kind to make us breakfast sandwiches on our early morning day trip to Pamukkale. Would definitely recommend this place!!

The TV could have been bigger and smarter.

The host of the property was outstanding. The location was perfect and the room was large and clean. The breakfast was special. The host arranged an airport transfer which was cheaper than the taxi.

Room a little small but manageable.

Except for the room being a little small, the cleanliness was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond especially with breakfast and catering to my wife's dietary needs. It's a great property with it's own little pub/restaurant.

The location is perfect. In the heart of an old city, close to the great private beach, and still it was quite in the room. The staff is superfriendly. We had a traditional Turkish breakfast that fas great.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We were actually very pleasantly surprised by their service.

We loved the cleanliness, location and their breakfast being freshly prepared. As it is managed by a family hence they were very helpful. They had dogs and our son was very fond of them.

- Electricity supply in the room cuts out if you remove the tag attached to the keys - so if you leave food in the mini fridge, it doesnt stay refrigerated when you're out during the day. Staff weren't willing to offer us an alternate tag for keeping the power supply on so the refrigerator could remain switched on - Windows are not very sound proof - if you're a light sleeper, do bring ear plugs!

The reception needs some arrangements because is the first thing the traveler sees.

The location in the old town is perfect for exploring. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is great. We had a triple room and it was very spacious. The building is old but the rooms have new furniture and they don't smell old.

1. Aircon is blasting directly onto bed, we set it to a minimum, pointed the flow away 2. We stayed in different rooms of the same category and they were noticeably different in size. They have photos of both here in description so you can see. But - first time we stayed in smaller room and still were very satisfied with our choice and decided to stay there again.

We stayed here twice. 1. Rooms are cute and clean 2. Breakfast is good. When we were leaving early - they packed sandwiches and juice for us 3. The old city can be super noisy but it seems this place is on the corner which is more quiet, I slept well even though I'm sensitive to noise 4. They have the cutest little dogs ever 5. Overall price/quality ratio is great

The rooms are a bit tiny and it can get congested with even 2 people and their belongings. Maybe they should reconsider slashing the number of rooms and increasing the size of each individual ones. They should hire a professional hotelier to check up on everything, we found 2 bathroom lights not working and the bathroom door lock getting jammed. Although the lights were fixed immediately upon request. They don't have a telephone to call the reception or cafe, you have to rely on whatsapp (where they are responsive too). Overall, i see the same faces going about and doing multiple things, which might get overwhelming. While i understand that it's a small family owned hotel & cafe, they have so much potential if they just hire a professional manager or get some advanced training.

Firstly, the staff are phenomenal. They go over and beyond to help you out and extremely polite as well. Special shout out to Burak, who also provides an affordable airport transfer service. The location, top notch. You go left, you get the pub street. You go right, you get the marina. Doesn't get better than this. Don't mind the other reviews. It really isn't that noisy at all at night. The breakfast is nicely made and really good.
