The night employee didn’t want to be helpful with me and he said we are fully booked and he didn’t respect me but the manager solved the problem

Great location for the Old Town. It's not in the middle of all the noise and bustle, yet it's only a 5min walk from the Hotel and your outside the Mosques. I had the Oceanic Sea View and it was lovely. Will stay her again if I visit Istanbul again

Furniture need update and electric plugs required near the bed , I think it's very old and need a bit of update and it will be perfect.

The building and facilities look a bit old and unattained, especially the bathroom. Wifi is just terrible.

Location is great, 5 min walk to from Blue Mosk and other landmarks. View of the sea is awesome.

The location is good , the room old furniture, facilities not very good , all staff especially receptionists are never smile at all😏 …. And They put just two bottles of water in room when we ask for more bottles they said must pay .. i think no one nowadays ask for money for water….. and in the night i call reception ask if we can extend one more day are any room available.. reply me that call us in the morning i told him if there are no room in hotel i must book new hotel so just tell me , said again must call in morning.

The rooms could have been better soundproof. I sleep with ear plugs and was fine, but my wife complained that she can hear the neighbours clearly :-)

The hotel is fine. Nice location especially if you come by car, have been couple of times and I recommend. Very nice view from the sea-view rooms (kind of noisy because of the boulevard though)

A great option for accommodation away from the crowds but not that far from the main tourist attractions. Very nice and helpful staff, clean room, good cuisine, stunning view.

The management should pay more attention to details, for an expensive room like Suite room: - some fungus on the cealing of the shower cabine - holder of the shower cap was loose/broken - big long crack on the sink - no HD channels ( we didnt use it but is good.to know) - most or their staff speaks little or no english - on Sunday breakfast was not read at 7 o clock - the suite room on 1st floor has no view to Agia Sofia or Blue Mosque as advertised

I didn't have any power outlets near my bed - made it inconvenient to charge my phone and use my medical device. When I asked for an extension chord, I got no follow-up. The AC didn't work well, so I ended-up sleeping with the window open, which was loud.

I got an early checkin, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, and the view of the blue mosque was nice. The location of the hotel is nice - it's a short walk to the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia, and the sea view is great and makes for a nice walk.

The suit for 4 persons wasn’t as described, it’s written that there is living room + bed for 4 but actually the living room was filled with portable extra bed.

Beautiful seaside hotel and service . A little distant/bit of walk (for a family with small kids) to nearest attractions and to the tram/bus stop. The said Walk is worth it though with local food places at walk side and also the location of being seaside Also Ala carte menu on the dinner(not the breakfast buffet which was absolutely fabulous) was slightly limited. But the quality of food was excellent. We stayed for a week in the suite. Cannot fault the room, service, staff and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely return

Minor setback: Hotel room temperature could not be altered. We managed it the old fashioned way. Fortunately, windows could be easily opened.

The hotel is situated at the Bosporus strait in a seafront position. Nice views from hotel room. We could access most of the major sightseeing attractions by a short walk. Perfect location for our Istanbul city trip! Tramway was likewise close. KALYON was the perfect hotel for our visit.

Location and view were amazing! Book a ‘sea’ view room if you can. The location is excellent close enough to all the best bits in Sultanahmet but far enough to be away from all the hustle and bustle. Once you get your bearings you’re set. There is a boat trip right in your door step and the blue mosque , Sultanahmet square and Ayia Sofia are just up the hill at the back.
