It was hot and we couldn't use the air conditioning because there was a strong smell of smoking coming through making the room claustrophobic. Keeping the doors open was very noisy.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good and the location was excellent. We will stay there again.

The hall is rather dark and dim but the room was a pleasant surprise. Spacious, light and clean. The most annoying thing were the sounds the elevator makes. If you have hyper sensitive hearing book somewhere else.

Breakfast was served at 7 but we had to wait for the hot dishes. It would not be a problem if we didn't have to leave for bus to work at 7:25. Overall breakfast was good but could have been better.

Centrally located and easy walking distance to local sites, or public transport to these site. The hotel, was clean and comfortable and I would stay here again.

They confirmed the double bed after booking but provided the room with two beds instead, and pushed the beds together claiming that it is now a double bed, that's something :) Also there was no bathtub in the Executive room like it's shown on pictures. The spa and gym were closed all 3 days. Only one bathrobe in a 2-person room (we didn't need the second one but still). Overall, it looks overpriced considering all the issues.

It was quite comfortable after all. Breakfast was okay, nothing special though. Very friendly and helping staff, although not always professional enough. Perfect location, close to the Pasaport ferry station, subway, trams and buses. Abundance of restaurants around.

I would have liked a socket near the bedsidetable or the couch so I could have charged my phone while using it. The shower door couldnt close properly and needed some maintenance.

Great location in a very nice street lined with palmtrees and restaurants, right next to a marked with books and jewelery. Close to metro, tram, train, and walking distance to the major sights. I also enjoyed the cinema next door (free of charge) showing older movies. Very spacious room. Great balcony with lovely view. Nice and quick roomservice. Nice bathroom and big shower with good pressure. Friendly and helpful reseption. Would definitely stay there again.

Wi FI at room was very weak I have no evidence for this, but walking barefoot on the floor left me with the impression that it wasn't cleaned every day.

The hotel is a classic one with a very impressive collection of antiques, which belong, I was told, to the landlord. Although the hotel is located in the city center and on the street, there are plenty of restaurants, in the evening they are all close and the street is very quiet. Its location is excellent and in walking distance from the promenade next to the sea. We did not use public transport at all. We got a large very cozy room with a balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the towels were changed every day. Breakfast was very rich and varied. For those who have interest and time, can use the gym and sauna and for an additional fee even enjoy a massage. I missed it. Good value for money. highly recommend.

Everything was great

The room was very good, it was big, comfortable and had a separate area with the sofa and TV. The balcony was great and very useful during our visit, lovely for some drinks after a long day and a dinner in the outer space! The bathroom was bigger than expected as well The location is very good, super close to the main avenues and very cute cafes as well as walking distance from some tourist attractions (note: we really like to walk so search before you hire under this criteria :) ) We hired one of the tourist trips directly with them and was great. We also needed some help to book the bus tickets and they recommended us where to go and which were the next steps, they called the bus ticket provider for us and were amazing all the time!

The furniture is old and damaged. I personally did not like the breakfast. A small variety of food and awful (very cheap) coffee. The room was described as having a sea view, yet did not have. The balcony faced the sea but due to the massive hotel in front, you can`t see the sea.

Perfect location. The staff is very polite and supportive. Cozy beds. Very good Wi-Fi.

DO NOT ADVERTISE THAT YOU HAVE A/C IF IT GETS TURNED OFF FOR OFF-SEASONS. Our room was 24.4 degrees with the patio door open all night. Too hot to sleep and outdoor noise made it worse. If it is 26.7 degrees during the day the A/C should be on regardless of the month or season!

The hotel really needs some investments on renovation. It is clear that the hotel used to be nice, but now you can clearly see the torn of the building. Hotel has sauna and fitness, but unfortunately nobody told me that it needs to be booked in advance.

The hotel is located in the city center, walking distance to the beach front. The room has a large balcony, facing the city. It also has mini fridge with acceptable prices for drinks. The room service is also good, with good prices. The breakfast is good.

My room was by the street and there was some noise but the room make up to this imperfection.

I have no words to describe the staff, so friendly, respectful, professional and helpful. The hotel is situated near all attractions and close to the seashore. It’s also an upscale part of the city, Bed was comfy, Room was spacious and very clean. I throughly enjoyed my stay.
