Check in was not smooth, we followed the map but taxi couldn’t find neither alp pasa nor fiore garden so I was looking for the property walking around for 10-15 mins I kept calling on the number provided but no one picked up Uber taxi cannot get in the compound so you have to get kaleci taxi only Team is not quick to respond on queries through booking.com app

Some mix up with maid schedule and as such our room was not cleaned for 4 nights, the hotel were very apologetic. Such a shame the small pool has been removed as we loved that area on previous stays.

The people noise at night from passerbys all through until the very small hours of the morning.

The beautiful historic surroundings, the view from the window,the attention to detail in the renovation, the reception staff's friendliness, the very comfy bed. Easy access on foot to the whole of Kaleici....so many restaurants and bars and shops in easy walking distance..

The oven didn’t work, and there were no kitchen cloths to work with. Also there was no broom, so we couldn’t take care of small issues like broken glass very well (our 3 year old broke a glass accidentally). Also the pull out couch in the sitting room is broken and we couldn’t fold it away, so that room couldn’t easily be used. That being said, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend you to others. The Old Town is charming and it was fun to live there for a week. Thanks to all the staff!

Breakfast is awful. Didn't have a clue what anything was. Considering it was ain't British people staying they could really do with some more typical style Breakfast items. There was no toast. No cereal. No kind of breakfast meats at all just eggs, omelette and sloppy concoctions for which I had no idea what I was looking at. Be aware the rooms you see on pictures may mot be what you are offered when you arrive. They took me to a room that had not been cleaned and was nowhere near the size shown in the picture. There was trash around the room, dirty plates and glasses and the bed was not made. I complained until I got something more similar to what I booked.

Great location in Old Town Kaleici. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, and not far to the harbour or to Hadrian's Gate. Lovely pool and lounging area with a bar that has very attentive staff. Also has a rooftop terrace sunbathing area, perfect for when the buildings block out the sun by the pool. The grounds are stunning and you are surrounded by greenery and loved picking a lime from the tree to put in my beer. Great shower, comfortable bed and nice patio for drinks at night.

I had very noisy neighbours (probably drunk at 2 AM in the morning) causing a wrack which included shouting and banging at our door then running away. We did inform the reception team who told us to give them a call if it happened again so that they could send security. This didn't happen again however my experience of calling reception (for a different question) was that no one answered the phone anyway.Ver

Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of foods all ver fresh and tasty. I particularly liked the fresh cheeses and the honey.

They didn't arrange the rooms as we requested with twin beds, and therefore, the WiFi access was not set up correctly for all 4 travels to use. Communication in English with reception was a bit difficult.

The location was very central, great restaurants within walking distance.

Although we were given instructions to check in at the Alp Paşa Boutique Hotel where the reception is, it's very tricky to get there because it's in the downtown area where most streets are pedestrian. So you may end up being dropped off near by and having to walk for your check in. The WiFi was sometimes unstable and a bit slow but at least it was free. You will be given a sheet of paper at check in about the rules Breakfast times, WiFi, extra charges etc, it will also say that Cleaning is included and done between 08:00-17:00 but this does NOT apply to the Fiore hotel, but only for Alp Paşa Boutique Hotel. So cleaning is not included but you can get it at an extra charge. As a studio it has a adequately equipped kitchenette including a stove-top, but no microwave which could have been very useful. The minibar mentioned in the description is just a mini refrigerator with nothing in it, but you can stock up from near by mini markets.

Excellent location, great value for money and helpful staff. The breakfast was nice with a variety of options. Breakfast is served at the next door hotel 30 meters from Fiore at Alp Paşa Boutique Hotel, which owns Fiore. A dinner buffet is available at the Alp Paşa Boutique Hotel and it's a very good deal for €15 per person (excluding drinks) but the 2 consecutive nights we ate there, the menu was very very similar and it was not making sense to have it again. The room was very good and spacious with plenty of windows, sunlight and nice breeze - considering it was April when the temperature in Antalya is still manageable. Best season to visit because in the Summer it's a very crowded city and very hot and humid.

Everything was amazing!!! Location was perfect inside the old town and very close to Hadrian gate, staff exceeded our expectations with their friendliness and kindness especially Mr. Nurani and Mr. Vedat! Although we had a delayed flight, they were able to accomodate us and they were very helpful in changing our room from non-smoking to smoking! Hotel had multiple small cozy gardens with very nice pebble design floor! Breakfast had good variety within the main garden by the pool! In a nutshell, this hotel is higly recommended for its great location, beautiful architecture, amazing staff, good breakfast, and comfortable rooms!!!

During a 7-night stay, the room was not serviced once, despite requesting assistance from the staff. The air conditioning system in the room was notably subpar and of lesser quality compared to the unit available at the front office. While the accommodation provided a drying rack and an iron for clothing care, it lacked a washing machine. The Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable, and there was no provision for a smart TV. Furthermore, the kitchen was inadequately equipped, with a non-functioning ventilation system. In summary, the establishment's outward appearance may be appealing, but it should be noted that its affordability comes with certain limitations. It is advisable not to be swayed by lengthy automated responses provided by the team, as there are concerns about the overall quality of service being provided.

The location in the historic old town was excellent, and the front office staff were proficient in English, ensuring a smooth check-out process.
