Excellent Location - about 5-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Friendly and Helpful Staff. Great breakfast with a great variety. Hilal who works in the restaurant is attentive and helpful. There is a lot of space in front of the hotel for drop-off and pick-up.

The location was brilliant, it was a 5 minute walk from the blue mosque and hagia Sofia, and it was easy to get to the main strip. The people who worked there were very welcoming and I would definitely stay there again.

An excellent breakfast selection to choose from with friendly and helpful staff on hand. After a couple of days we requested an omelette instead of the boiled or scrambled eggs laid out daily and within minutes it was prepared to perfection.

Breakfast: Cons: Perhaps the biggest drawback for Friday and Saturday stay was that the breakfast finished at 10am and they didn’t allow us to even sit in the dining area on the Friday because it was pre booked so we left without properly finishing our breakfast. Also, post 0930am they had mostly run out of fresh bread and no juices were in stock. Room: Cons: the air conditioner/ heating was a bit off in our room meaning we had to request concierge to turn it on and off from the main control to manage optimum temperature

Location; ideal for walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Plus really good restaurants within minutes. Room; we travelled with a baby and the double bed room was spacious. They provided a free cot bed for the baby also which was very comfortable. The amenities they provided Included: room slippers, towels, laundry bag, toothbrush/toothpaste packs, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and hair dryer in the bathroom. Safety deposit box was present and an iron was provided on request. Breakfast: included scrambled eggs and omelette on request. Tomato and lentil soups. Variety of cheese, meats (sausages) and breads (croissants, rolls). Not enough beverages option though. Staff: very friendly and very helpful especially the brilliant gentleman Ayden who was very courteous and accommodating for our family. The waitress at breakfast was also very helpful and helped us with any food items for the baby

The hotel is located in the center, extremely close to all the main sights, close to the tram, metro or Busforus station (hop on hop off). The hotel is relatively new or recently renovated, the rooms are very spacious, quality finishes, the mattresses and pillows are extremely comfortable. Very attentive and kind staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant. everything we needed was solved instantly.

Great location and amazing staff is working in this hotel. Any problem would be fixed very quick. Nice and comfirtable rooms. Our room was facing the street and it was very silent inside, no noise has ever bothered us. The AC system is producing clean air and it's very easy to regulate. Thanks a lot to all people working in this place! ❤️

The location was perfect. Very close to all the tourist attractions which would definitely be on a first time visitors list. It seems to be quite a new hotel so the furnishings are all very nice. It's close to some good restaurants.

WiFi in the hotel is very unstable and low speed. Do not rely on it if you are going to do work from a computer during your stay. Shuttle service to and from Istanbul airport is very unreliable as a schedule, allow at least 1 hour for the ride and at least 30 min for a possible delay to pick you up from the hotel. But it is cheaper than a taxi ...

The hotel is in an extremely convenient location. Within walking distance are many of the sights of the old town. There are many restaurants around for delicious local food at very decent prices. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and tries their best. At the reception are Mahir and Ertugrul, and they help guests with everything they need.
