Location is great. It’s in the middle of the centre, very close to Markantalya Mall. Staff only speak Turkish. Breakfast is simple.

The property was good location but it was very old. When I booked this hotel the pictures were very nice about rooms, breakfast and something. When I entered this hotel I thought here will be best everything but I was wrong. Bathroom was very dirty and old, air conditioning was very old I think it was first model. The air conditioning was leaking. The lift was very bad. I think I booked this hotel it was my fault that I booked this hotel via Booking.Com

The staff were nice, but they messed up our reservation (gave us 3 double rooms instead of our initial reservation of 2 double and 1 triple)! The maintenance is almost inexistent in the hotel as we couldn’t connect the wifi a lot, and the rooms are super uncomfortable (have to mention that we only had 1 electric plug for the whole room)
The location is superb, right in the middle of the city, next to the tram and buses, many restaurants and supermarkets nearby

stayed there for two times. Yes not ideal, of course but value for money is good. Very helpful staff, especially Nevzat, always ready to help, perfect. This is big hotel, not the “family” ones which are plenty of them around.
