We had an amazing stay at Kayata suites. It was so close to everything and the breakfast was so yummy (we looked forward to it everyday of our stay). The host, Avse, provided us with amazing hospitality, making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The refrigerator was always stocked with waters which was nice to take when out exploring.

Authentic Cave experience . The hosts (Ayse and Aikut , sorry may have spelt it wrong) were very friendly and accommodating. They even packed us breakfast on the day we were leaving as we had an early start.

Kayata Caves Suites is a genuine and charming cave hotel, located within walking distance to the main streets of Urgup, with their restaurants and shops, as well as nicely tucked away within a winding cobbled stone street to be away from the hustle and bustle. What made the stay at the hotel memorable was the wonderfully friendly staff, bar none, every one of them ever willing to go out of the way to make our stay extra special! A cheerful welcome and overall disposition, help with things to do in Cappadocia, a sumptuous breakfast and coffee / tea, a private fire set up outside our room on a chilly evening, a simple but knowledgeable sommelier to taste and choose from among the bottles of wine in stock, suggestions for restaurants; Made the nicely appointed boutique hotel into a memorable experience! Highly recommended!

More like points for improvements. - Our room is a bit dark and has a few steps. I have to be quite careful when walk in and out of bathroom. - Sometimes small grinds, and sand dusts drop from the ceiling onto the floor and your stuff. We need to wear room slipper, and cover our luggage when we are not using it. They told me that it's expected as it is cave hotel. Everything else is fantastic.

location is in the middle of Urgup, there are a few nice restaurants with a few minutes walk from the hotel. The best part of this hotel is staff, everyone of them, at reception and at breakfast area. As we need to be up very early for balloon ride one day, they are there to support us and call to our room to let us know the pickup has arrived etc. Period where we stayed is high season as it's during ramadan holidays, so the hotel is really full, staff in the restaurant works tirelessly to serve us breakfast dish by dish during very busy hours. Also the Turkish breakfast is so delicious !!

The staff is particularly friendly and helpful. The rooms are super nice, mine had a great jacuzzi and all vanity supplies were readily available. Breakfast was abundant and delicious! The last day, they even provided for me a little bag with food to go as I had an early check out. I'll never forget the permanent smile in their faces and how welcomed and special they make you feel in every interaction. The hotel is located in Urgup, which makes you avoid the crowds and movement of Goreme. In any case, Urgup has a nice city center where shops, restaurants and bazaars are super close.

Definitely nothing.

The attention from the staffs is the best I have had, they are very helpful to arrange any activity in Cappadocia and I feel they always think first for the customer convenience. In addition, the room is very clean with the comfortable bed, and we were so happy with the breakfast during our stay.

We didn't spend enough time there... For us, there was nothing to not like!

Everything! The idea of staying in a cave was exciting and the rooms are really lovely! The lovely staff spoke English so it was easy to communicate and they were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is in a rather secluded area, so it was relatively quiet which was nice. The parking was rather close by which was nice too. We got up early to watch the hot air balloons in the nearby area and head on out afterwards, so we were not there for breakfast but the staff made us a little bag with a drink and sandwich each. We enjoyed our stay and once again thank you to the staff who made our stay even better! 😊

The property was up the hill from the town. The road were cobblestone so a bit difficult to walk on for older guests but you could arrange for a taxi easily.

The rooms were beautiful and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating!

The ONLY problem was the heat. The room need air conditioning as it got very humid and hot in the night.

The hotel is stunning and offers unique stone cave rooms. The rooms are even bigger in person and we loved the hot tub, the hamman bath, the attention to detail in the room. The breakfast was good and the rooftop is very nice to relax on in the evening.

The shower water runs out of the bathroom instead of toward the drain. Additionally, having hooks for towels or racks in the room would be convenient amenities to consider.

Nestled amidst the captivating landscape of Ürgüp, where fairy chimneys and ancient caves whisper tales of centuries past, lies a hidden gem of hospitality. Our stay in the spacious and beautifully appointed family room was delightful, with the separate bathtub adding a touch of luxury. We liked having our own private patio and windows that let in fresh air and natural light whenever we wanted. (May come in handy for those who want the Cave room experience but also have anxiety in closed areas) The service provided by Ayşe was truly exceptional, as she went above and beyond to elevate our holiday experience. Mr. Fatih's assistance in setting up the fireplace in our room allowed us to enjoy a cozy evening, complete with local wine, creating a traditional ambiance. Furthermore, we enjoyed tea and snacks in the clear bubble on the roof, where we basked in the warmth of the fireplace and admired the stunning sunset across the rock caves. We had a car and parking was available 20 meters from the entrance. A💘P

Leaving the hotel '(

The atmosphere was ideal, calm, chilled and charming. The hotel has the perfect old world feeling but with the modern convenience of wi-fi,Netflix and a mini bar, oh and a jacuzzi. There is the new town a short walk from the hotel with bars, restaurants,ATM machines. The highlight for me personally was the Air balloons at sunrise and the horse riding at sunset.
