They gave me room smaller than what i have booked, after my objection they changed the room, staff need more training.

Great location, five steps from the bazaar area. Very friendly and welcoming personnel. Nice breakfast and overall perfect impression. I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Bursa.

I was wondering. The room is big enough for two people, clean with good serving. The location is superb. The hotel close to main Bazar Kozahan. Local restaurants are near to the hotel, you can easily to find a good place. Breakfast is wonderful, but note if you want an omelet, a fried eggs need to ask a waitress about that. We're understanded that just on last day😂

We have mixed feelings about this hotel. The hotel room is as advertised and is close to the World Heritage site, so it makes for a good stop. However, we found that the staff was not very helpful and their English was very poor. Overall It is a nice hotel located on the margins of the city. The breakfast was okay and affordable. Pros: beautiful room, clean, close to UNESCO world heritage site, valet parking included

The price announced in booking was 88 euros, but at the reception they asked us and we paid 92 euros.

The hotel is located in the city center near the historical sights. The staff is polite and kind. All measures for protection of COVID are observed.

Difficult access to the hotel though it is close to the main road. Regarding the toilet .. no exhaust fan .. showerhead need to be fixed .. poor drainage of water in the washbasin. Due to tight places in the car park and sharp turns, it is difficult to park the car by yourself. In our case room 316, when we open the window all the grill smoke from restaurants will be in the room.

A lady tried to take more euros than the specified amount by Booking.com. It’s advisable to bring a paper from the exchange office or taking photos showing the rate updates on the day of payment in case you want to pay in TRY whether to hotels or drivers

The bed could have been a bit harder...

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was not large, but cosy and very stylish. The bathroom was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the mayor sites, and there is a covered car park (as well as some parking lots just in front of the hotel if your car happens to be to big). Should we go to Bursa another time, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Pillows uncomfortable. Beds short. Needed more bedding. Smoke 🚬 came into our room as the neighbor was smoking non stop. We booked non smoking. There is no comfortable chill lounge. It’s literally an overnight stay, bed & breakfast. No comforts.

No wifi in our room Told staff at reception on number of occasions but did not fix the problem. Also my son booked the hotel for one night only which he then cancelled. Then booked 3 nights instead.
