Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

UkraineWe got the room on the first floor with the window to the backyard, unfortunately there where neighbors who got chicken and all the bad smell (sour watermelon etc.) was in our room if we opened the balcony door, so we had to quickly put our swimsuits and towels to dry and immediately close the door, not speaking of spending the time on the balcony :( We stayed for week and even didn't use the first night (but payed for it) as I prolonged the previous hotel for 1 night, so I asked to change the room if possible during this week. We saw people come and go but we never were relocated, unfortunately, it partially ruined the experience.
Place is quiet and at the same time close to busy street with restaurants and not so far away from beach and bus stops. The staff was very polite, got us extra towels, pillow and duvet cover we asked for, tried to fix the conditioner (it was right opposite the bed so we couldn't sleep the first night as it blew straightly on us), helped with opening wine bottles etc :) the room was a bit outworn but clean. breakfasts were classical, nothing special, but good - eggs, cheese, eggplants, fries, greens and watermelons (no coffee though, so bring yours to add the boiled water). cozy little yard with tables, sunbeds and pool. And a lot of kittens, of course :)

PolandThe remote control for condition did not work, so we were only able to turn it on and off, with fixed temperature of 22°C. It is completely not okay. The water in the shower was only too cold or too hot with the pressure changes. There was a smoke smell in the room.
Everything you minimally need after a long road trip was in the room. The breakfast was pretty good.

We came in off-season (early March) and liked it very much. The owner speaks English but isn't always there. We really liked the other man, who spoke Russian, and served the food.

GermanyI would never stay in this hotel for longer than one night. The rooms are very spartan, the bathroom old. Only cold water in the shower. Sound insulation very poor. The breakfast can be called ok only if compared to no breakfast at all. For the price totally ok, but I wouln't like to have such breakfast every day.
We only stayed for one night, so the price and the possibility of a late check-in were decisive. The staff is helpful.

NetherlandsWe were disappointed with the transportation situation from the airport to the hotel. While booking through Booking.com, we were able to secure a taxi for 30 euros, but the hotel quoted us a price of 50 euros. This inconsistency was frustrating and left us feeling taken advantage of. Additionally, after spending a few days in Kemer, we realized we had seen enough and wanted to cancel the remaining days of our booking to go to Istanbul. However, the manager insisted that we pay for an extra three days. Despite our willingness to compromise and stay for an additional 3 days, the manager remained inflexible and required us to still pay for the three nights extra. This lack of understanding and customer service was highly disappointing, and we felt compelled to stay at the hotel for a total of 11 nights. We were also dissatisfied with Booking.com's inability to assist us in resolving this issue. During our stay, the pools were out of use, which was a major letdown. We had expected to enjoy the facilities and take advantage of the swimming pools, but they were unavailable. Furthermore, we found the hotel's facilities to be very basic. Considering that one could pay a little more and enjoy much better all-inclusive hotels, it was difficult to justify the additional expenses for lunch, dinner, and beach facilities separately at this hotel. Other accommodations that offer all-inclusive packages are truly worth the extra money, especially when comparing the amenities provided. There are no lifts in the hotel. Our rooms were on second floor. Very difficult for my parents with knee pain to go up an down the stairs all the time. Overall, these aspects of our experience detracted from our enjoyment of the hotel and left us feeling unsatisfied with our stay.
The hotel's location was exceptional, offering easy access to various attractions and amenities. Additionally, the price point was reasonable, providing good value for money. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, and the attentive staff promptly addressed any concerns or requests. Furthermore, the peaceful atmosphere ensured a relaxing and undisturbed stay.

Norway5★ Excellent private house with terrace (patio) space, pool (works only summer season), private garden with sitting area, barbecue grill and parking spot. Wifi is fast and stable (very good for working). Everything is new, renovated and fresh. Full kitchen with a lot of kitchenware. Hot water was in bathroom shower/tap and also in kitchen tap - it was very comfortable. But most surprisingly positive feature for us was house soundproof - we didn't hear nothing from outside and had the best unbothered sleep (it's very rare in Turkey, so we felt very lucky). Host was always responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
