Everything was good. There is nothing not to like.

Breakfast was limited, served at the roomz, but amazing food. The hospitality of the host was too good. It went above the expectation. They served the drinks when asked without any charge.

Nothing but positives!

What an amazing stay, we were treated like family from the minute we walked in. If you have any hesitations about staying here, don't, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in Turkey. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had an extremely comfortable stay and an incredible time in Cappadocia. We had tons of recommendations and even were assisted with all activities and bookings in Cappidocia. The rooms were amazing and unlike anything we stayed in before. Very spacious and the breakfast was very generous and tasty. 100% recommend staying here you will not be disappointed.

Great location with incredibly nice and helpful staff. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is an amazing version of the typical Turkish breakfast, plus you can order it at any time you want. Great stay overall!

Kemerhan Cave Suites is a beautiful mix of old and new within easy walking distance of the town centre. Our bedroom and bathroom were enormous with very comfortable furniture. We had our own little terrace outside the room, where we could have breakfast. Mehmet is a wonderful host and looked after us like friends, even inviting us for a glass of Raki to celebrate his friend’s birthday. He organised our airport transfers and a tour of Cappadocia. Thank you Mehmet and team.

I had a 3 night fantastic stay at this hotel. The service, location, cleanliness and facilities are either met or exceeded our expectations. The owner Mehmet helped arrange the airport transfer, the day tours and other arrangements based on the experience we are looking for at Cappadocia, which made our experience much more than just a standard vacation hotel stay in addition to save our time and energy on researching the activities to do in the area. I stayed at the room 8 that has a big terrace where I had the breakfast served. They also serve coffee, tea or water almost all day to keep you fresh. The hotel is at Urgup which is close to all must see places yet in a more peaceful surroundings than Goreme. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I read the good reviews from other guests before booking the hotel, and now can affirm all other guests reviews are true. Highly recommend to anyone who wants an memorable stay at Cappadocia.

It smelled a bit in the bathroom.

The staff is amazing. Mehmed and his employees did everything to make our stay tremendously amazing. Fresh bread for breakfast was exceptionally delicious. The fireplace in our room was restacked every night and it was awesome.

Located in the heart of Cappadocia, Kemerhan Cave Suites is an excellent choice. Owner and the staff are more than helpful in providing local information and arranging whatever you need during your stay. We liked the room, the breakfast, we appreciated Mehmet for sorting out everything and we like Murat's travel advice. Thoroughly recommend staying at Kemerhan Cave Suites.

We couldn't see many balloons flying from property as most rides happen in goreme area.

Mehmat is a wonderful hotel owner who puts in many hours each day to run this property. His hospitality exceeded our expectations. He also arranged very economical shuttle to airport and negotiated on our behalf to waive off charges for children.

There was nothing I didn't like, everything was ok.

The location is excellent, very close to everything. The breakfast was very good, the ration was correct and there was always coffee and tea available.The hotel is beautiful and you can see the dedication with which it was decorated, in addition we always found timely help in the owner and manager of the Hotel. Everything was excellent.

The bed is very comfortable, the toilet is wide, the hot water is always available.. Mehmet who is the owner of the hotel is very welcome, and a good person, he speaks good english..

The staff does not speak any English. No coffee maker/electric kettle in the room.

The room is big clean comfortable and very beautiful. It has a big and comfortable bed. We stayed in a triple room and it was huge. The bathrooms are also very nice and big with a jacuzzi. It is very tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful time there. The location is also very good. Very easy to find and away from all the chaos of Göreme. The staff is very polite. I would highly recommend this place.
