the location is very far from the city center the beds were not as comfortable the food was not very good, not much of a variety and was often inedible

I liked the view we had of the mountains I really enjoyed the gaming room but was disappointed we had to pay for it. the staff were very friendly

the rooms are very hot, you can’t change the temperature I took a ski 1 hr. lesson by coach call “Sedat” it not helpful at all, you pay 450 tl3 or nothing. I saw another coach give better lesson internet is not good in the room facilities are too old, they need to renew them

There wasn’t free parking lot. It was too noisy in the hotel. There isn’t SPA center. The hotel facility is too old.

All documentations including the hotel's program are in Turkish language. It was difficult for us to understand and enjoy the program No night activities No indoor activities such as pool table or others

They stole cash (2,600 TL) and cigarette packs from my room. I called the police and they checked the cameras and found one of their staff going in my rooms, but did not help me. They said we found the person who went in your room but we did not find money with him/her, so we can't help you unless you give us the serial numbers on every bill then maybe we can report it so we know if it gets deposited in the bank.!!! This is stupid and clearly stealing. Never coming back and do not recommend this hotel full of thieves.

Nothing is good if the staff are thieves. I left the hotel because they stole cash from my room and the staff and hotel manager acted like no one could help me! Never coming back and do not recommend.

Staff was not helpful- needs training. Bathroom in the room smelled like sewage, room was not cleaned once during our stay, the phone was not working. Location, food and cafe/bar downstairs - Angelo was OK. I will not go back.

The rooms are hot and no proper ventilation. I understand that this is a ski-resort and supposed to not need airconditioning in rooms, however the rooms are really hot and no air circulation. Requested for a non-smoking room but room was full of cigarette smell and we didnt sleep well. Also charged kids 12 and 11 years old however on Children Policy in Booking.Com says only 13 yrs and above are charged.

- could not get free parking due to heavy snow - in-house ski rental was really convenient, however my last half day was ruined sinced rental reps counted rental days differently than he promised but i pretty sure rental service is not related to Kervansaray ..so make sure you get proof of agreement

One of the best turkish "all inclusive" deal - free ski pass + full boarding + ski from the door of hotel. Staff is really helpful, promptly available to fulfill your request. Rooms are clean and either new or freshly renovated. Really enjoyed Uludag, hotel and environment. Hotel's location is one of the best. Buffet was widely represented by turkish cuisine - cheese, pickles, meat, vegetables, honey and amazing tasty turkish portakal

smoking is allowed everywhere and it’s suffocating the rooms were too small and too warm at night although we kept the window wide open the toilets and showers were too narrow the walls are too thin that you could hear the noises at the rooms next to you

1) the price for the room was little bit high 2) during the check out had to take the luggage by own 3) room check in time was 2pm but it was not ready till 230pm 4)

staffs were not really helpful whenever I have questions, my daughter had a slight fever and asked them to have simple syrup to decrease her fever, they have rejected to help and instead offered me to contact dr and pay such and such amount or I should give them such and such amount to them to bring me that syrup from 35km away city. it was UNBELIEVABLE!!! they said I can’t find any medicine around the hotel but I did because one nice from clothing shop referred. internet connection was really really bad. housekeeping was done on 1 st day and 2nd and 3rd day was on us. we were at 5th floor and it was unbelievable to deal with smoking, a lot of smoking:((. despite it is family hotel, there was night club with aloud music till 1am and impossible to sleep, ( I have video to share (( ). I don’t think we will ever want to visit this hotel again.
