United KingdomI woke up with a broken back every morning due to the matress. Grown up activities were a little limited and very difficult to get an evening walk in as there was nowhere to go.
Very clean, well kept grounds and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great and well furnished. The decor of the hotel was amazing, the spa, the pool and the restaurants. Food was plentiful and very tasty. Great sandy beach area as well.

SwitzerlandThe buffet was too crowded and we could not get the food ourselves (due to coronavirus) which led to long lines waiting for food. The servers at the buffet also did not speak English, making it hard for us to order.
The staff were very helpful and they tried their best to make us happy, the bartenders were amazing, the restaurants were also great. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and therefore tried all 4 restaurants (all were good). The coffee house was also a very nice touch (lots of tasty pastries from 12-6 pm)

United KingdomPros- Excellent mini club & mini club staff great for kids Cons- rooms were really far out from the reception, the air conditioning wasn’t working fine, even the telephone wasn’t working. Which was disappointing as I had to go again & again to tell them to fix it or if I needed anything. It was difficult to do so with a sleeping toddler in the room. Reception staff wasn’t really helpful but the waiters & bar staff was amazing.

FranceDespite being an all inclusive, most of the restaurants are available only under reservation, and you have to pay extra. The hammam and part of the spa area has a weird smell.
Beach area is very nice. Staff was kind. Many Turkish dishes were available in the buffet. Mixed massage was great, very much recommended.

SwitzerlandSPA and internal swimming pool were a disappointment. Nobody was there to make and keep order and some basic discipline so that SPA fulfils its function. People using it were coming with small kids and and were shouting so the place was unpleasant to use and I went only once. When I go to Turkey I do a lot of sport/ fitness courses as zumba, yoga etc. This hotel provided only small basic yoga class in a dirty and ill maintained place so I could not work out. The fitness room was also too bad, and with broken machines.
As always, food is great in Turkey. They did excellent job with providing smoothies and fruits everywhere and we enjoyed it as we do not drink alcohol drinks. The buffet next to the beach was great! The beach also was great as well as the platform above the sea. My kids loved jumping!

United Arab EmiratesGuests are really rude, staff will walk into you rather than around you. Room cleaning was average, food was same same each day and predictable, no continental breakfast. Beverages were really poor quality unless you went to the one bar that offered branded drinks.
It’s ok, not really for British or Western Europeans in terms of entertainment and food. But it’s not a bad hotel, certainly not 5 star, more a 3+ / 4 at a push.

United States1. Smoking all over the place outside the hotel was very bad especially if you are a non-smoker and bringing to children to the resort. I believe this may be one of the reasons why other than the Russians you are not attracting other nationals. 2. The choice of food is very limited and the food is not that tasty. You may need to invest in better cooks. Your desserts were very good though. The same food repeats every day and with easy passing day become less appealing. 3. In the restaurant areas, the servers are not organized. They all over the place and only tailored to serving Russians. As a black person visiting your hotel, I was totally ignored unless when my wife who is white is with me. I think you need to train your staff in unconscious bias. The resort of your kind should be attracting a more diverse guest which it is current not. 4. You need more culturally diverse entertainment - most of the language for your entertainment are mostly in Russian, and other are kind of left out who don't speak the language, and some of the entertainments are quite boring. 5. May be you should designate an enclosed place for those who want to smoke without impacting the joy of others coming to your property.
This is great! Your room service is excellent and I like your hotel and the way it structure. The swimming areas and beach areas are excellent.

United Statesthe air condition was a problem. my room was very hott and I couldn’t make it cool because they said the AC unit was not turned on yet for the year. it was very uncomfortable to sleep. no irons in the room and you cannot even request one. I called a few times for help in room, about a few things and no one came to help.
the staff was very friendly, kids pool was nice, many food options. they were very laid back, no strict rules. made my stay comfortable with toddler. the spa was great. local vendors for shops were friendly as well.

RussiaSevices is a disaster. Main restaruant (Angels if I remember the name correctly): not enough waiters, most of the tables were not cleaned and served, you have to ask every time to serve your table, bring you drinks, cutlery, glasses, etc. What's wrong with teaspoons? It's a big problem to find one. Please hire someone who knows what a porriage is, it's an absolute failure. Surprisingly very limited choice of eggs at the breakfast. Long queues everywhere. And a choice of meals is very limited. We hardly could find something normal for kids.. No menu at the bars. But! There is a QR-code menu in the bar next to the reception. However neither barmen in the lower floor bar, nor at this bar next to the reception were aware of the drinks (especially coctails offered in the menu). Sunset bar is a beautiful place, nicely located, but service is a huge problem again. You can order here at the table by menu only. We did, and waited for 40 min.. Finally hadn't got our drinks at all. The waiter simply forgot about us. Music is too loud for a family hotel late at night (untill 0:00pm). Our linen had not been changed for 7 days.
Well equipped beach, all sun beds are under big tent which is very convenient. Kids club animators were doing their best, not all of them but most. Barmen at the Arena bar.

United Kingdomthe hotel doesn’t have a tennis court although on booking they claim to have it. we raised during the stay and they tried to fix it by putting a net on a communal court nearby. the state of the court is not is not in a good shape, but it did support for a few rallies. so the fact management team looked at the complaint was definitely a positive thing.
the main restaurant is doing a really great job there! the variety and quality of food is amazing. entertainment - some of the performances were quite average but there were a few well-prepared and well-organised events which made an impression, so overall it was good.

Maltathe hi-gene is hopeless. experienced even human excretion in children’s pool with the slides and even after drawing the attention if the staff the pool was not properly cleaned and not closed off for one minute letting all the children in an infested pool. cutlery at restaurants was never clean.
the property is very nice, equipped with basically all that one looks for when on a family holiday, food was of a considerable good quality at the buffet and the spa and entertainment were excellent.
