The room I was given faced the bar and entertainment stage, from which there was loud noise unto 11pm and on some days after. The room was not clearly described on Booking.com as I booked and was give a room with a sea view, but from the room but an adjoining balcony. The staff service was indifferent, and what I would have expected from a 5 Star resort. The serving staff were inconsistent in their service. When I complained about very load live music going on well after 11 pm, I was told that as a 5 star resort, they had to offer 'animation.' But apart from soothing platitudes the noise continued with a lower volume. A room change was suggested by guest relations but I had no other subsequent contact from the hotel management. Hence, my aim to travel for rest and relation was only just partly achieved. I like the region and Turkey so I will look for other options in the future as I will happily pay for high end accommodation and service, which I did not get on this occasion. The very good rating related to facilities and food.

As expected from a 5 Star establishment, the facilities , room and beach and resort an excellent destination.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner was never hot enough….only chips and things you saw them cooking which was put straight onto the serving plates was hot, which was a shame as the food was very tasty.

That’s was a holiday we want to relive again. Firstly, there is no chance you will ever feel hungry. You will find food 24 hours and just food - we are talking top quality stuff. Each restaurant/place we’ve been could be a standing alone place and i would be loyal cuatomer outside. Staff is incredibly helpful and you can easily notice by their behaviour the genuine friendliness. We visited with our 8 months old daughter. The hotel/stuff made sure to provide their best for us to keep everything in control and enjoy our holiday to the fullest. We have been so happy with cleaning and facilities as well. Overall, it’s been a next level experience and we are sure we are going to visit here again and again.

Cleanliness was about like 8/10 also some alcohol options wasn’t the best quality.

It would’ve been nice to be near marketplace, even though there is a little market just a short walk away, but it just seems to be really far from everything

The staff are very friendly, hotel is very clean and different varieties of foods, you can’t go hungry, There’s lots of place to eat and drink if you go for All inclusive. Hotel is beautiful as well . Love all the staffs from bottom to top. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I and my family loved it.

Spa@welness - Domestic people come inside with clothes, they are too loud , they bring the kids in sauna, the hole family and speak loud inside. They leave their clothes in sauna to dry. In Steam bath there is no water, you can't clear the chairs. People come, sweat all over the chairs and go. There is no water to clean them. Also in sauna there is no water to pour on, very dry. Hygiene is not so good there, should be much better for 5 stars. Also, average price of massage is about 100€ . Very expensive. What I found out , service is much more friendly to domestic ( Turkish ) people and they have more mood to do something for them , then for the tourists from other countries.

Very good food , hotel generally very clean , also outside. A lot of activities for the kids , nice beach , music in the evening , entertainment.... generally almost everything was very very good. From me a good 8.5 points .

There is a case that I hope will be addressed during the check, the behavior of the relevant employee was not very appropriate (the gentleman with earrings etc.) And we paid cash to the hotel, but unfortunately they did not return the rest of our money I hope you will look into it and let me know the answer

We searched a lot to find the best hotel in the area to enjoy our vacation. I think it is one of the best hotels in the region. In terms of the variety and quality of food, the snacks and all the meals of the hotel are the best. At the same time, the water activities inside the hotel and... were unique. The employees of the rooms department cleaned the rooms in the best way every day and charged everything.Everything was good in different parts of indoor and outdoor water sports entertainment Everything in the hotel is very well designed Stylish and luxurious life experience The main restaurant with varied and quality meals The Turkish and Mexican restaurant had good seafood There is a part of the hotel called Food Court, which can be said to be the only one in the area The sweets and natural juices were also excellent

The staff at the reception, bars, and the restaurants were absolutely amazing. They were super attentive and caring. Mr. Safa at the reception during the night shifts was super energetic and helpful.. The food veriaty, taste, and quality was top notch. Multiple times, I had special requests that were addressed respectfully and promptly. The cocktails made at the bars are Kirman especials, definitely recommended.

It would be a perfect stay if the beds were more comfortable. This Hotel deserves better beds.

The food was very good, lot of choice and generally everything was freshly made. The stuff was awesome. Big 👏 to Ridvan, Aykut and Aktas Sihan.

A lot of sunbeds and shadow on the beach. Very good clean beach. Food in restaurant is very good and service was always fast. On Hallowen night dessert selection was amazing. Internet was always very fast everywhere. Evening shows are quite good. Foam and color party on the beach was really cool.

The resort is very big and can be overwhelming.

The resort is everything. There are a variety of restaurants on the resort so you will never get bored with the food. The pool area is large and therefore there was never a shortage of day beds. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

1. The cold water in the pools in the both inside and outside, also the hamam is cold 2. The water sliders time slot very short, just 4 hours, it is not enough 3. Very uncomfortable bads in the room

Nothing significant to highlight other I would have preferred an easier area by the pool to pick up the towels rather than having to go into the spa area. Also in the hamam area I would advise that you supply body wash, soap and hair products. Not everyone remembers to bring these products from their rooms.

The selection of food in the main restaurant was by far supreme then any other hotel I have visited in Belek, Antalya. It made the additional weight gain worth it. Nice little touches were variety of snack bars around the pool. Different daily food cart for in-between meals (melon, watermelon, grapes, cucumbers, corn on the cob etc). Staff were very friendly, efficient and professional. Big shout out to Gokhan Demirtas on reception that helped us during the flight cancellations and accomdation extension. He made a very stressful situation less painful. I also would like to thank the female manager of the Patisserie who could see how frustrated I was in having to work on my holiday due to the unfortunate flight cancellations to the UK and she would make sure that her staff were constantly coming up to me to see if I needed anything. Where I would often visit the patisserie for an Ice Coffee or Turkish coffee with the chocolate truffles, the manager of the patisserie would literally just bring over my favourite things without me asking. This is customer service at it's best because the staff did not just make you feel like a number but a guest that they have taken an interest in. Enough to know the likes, taste habits and facial expressions of when and when not to engage. I would like to congratulate this manager in particular for running a great team and not being shy of hard work herself. I would often see her helping out in other departments like rooftop pool when they were short staffed or wanting a lunch break. The beach was nice, waters clear for Antalya and the pier with bar was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool with 16+ area and the 16+ restaurant. The resort was great for families but sometimes it's nice to escape to adult areas and this was provided. Additionally, the variety of bars were great and the Sunset Bar was excellent with evening live music. All in all a great all inclusive with variety and value for money offerings.

1) The blue water park hours are limited 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm not enough for the kids 2) Access to restaurant and towel place could be improved and shortened 3) Gym is very small with basic equipments 4) Gaming are is poorly maintained and bowling was not working during all my 8 days stay
