Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location is so good. 3 minutes from grand Mall. And 15 minutes from Kaleici. Many good cafe near the hotel. All furniture are new. Nice cleaning.

KazakhstanThe room was smoking room and smelled smoked inside, even I asked for non-smoking room during booking. Even the room is cleaned every day, I saw one cockroach at night in bathroom, and I killed cockroach in bathroom. Since my air plane ticket was changed to 17-Oct-2022, I have to check out one day earlier and informed the hotel reception about my stay for 4 days instead of 5 days. I talked to reception to inform high manager, they finally did not return my one day stay amount in TL (equal to $40). Basically, they informed me that next time, I can stay 1 day extra for free.
The location of hotel is good, closer to Mark Antalya, the room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was good and delicious.

United KingdomThe rooms are really small and the site advertises that they have a sauna, in my 6 days worth of stay not a single day the sauna worked. they also tried to charge me extra money just because I cleaned some spilled juice on the floor which was a slip hazard for my daughter
The location is super ideal - Mall is like 2 mins away, the bazaar is only 10 minutes away, everything can be easily accessed from the location.

Iraqthey gave us a room in the 7th floor. very good room. but the shower was not working the first day then they fixed it the next day. I also asked for a second room card they said you have to put 40 lira as insurance and I had no problem with that but then they said we don’t have any other cards. so I asked for a solution and they proposed the manager use the master key to open the door for us when we come and our kids already sleeping in the room. it was ok but more work for the staff. last point was the lights of the hallway in the 7th floor only one was working and very poor light and you can’t see anything when you come back to your room. there was 3 light for the hallway (motion activated) only one was working at the start of the hallway and they fix the one in the end in the 2nd day. but still you can easily trip in the dark.

No cereal, no milk, just boiled eggs, olives, cheese, yogurt, lettuce, some other greens, bread, jam, butter, chocolate spread, meatloaves, tea. Would be great if they could add fresh omelettes, fried eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit,.
The location was the best thing about this place. All the attractions are mostly walking distance from the hotel. Taxi to and from Konyalti beach approx 80 lira. The street where the hotel is offers a great variety of food and shopping places at reasonable prices.
