The breakfast was limited but decent enough to get the day started. There is a nice swimming pool and it was quite relaxing to chill in the balcony. The staff were great, special shout out to Nadeen and Fardown (Not sure if I spelt it right, but they know who they are). They were very welcoming and had a few great long chats with them.

Room cleaning was not very effiecient. They missed cleaning the room on our 2nd day of the stay (the last day) which we could not figure if it is their usual thing or just an occausional mistake! They do not have a sea view for most of the room (they told us it is on the 3rd and last floor but we could not get it as the elevator was not working).

Location with 5 min walking distance to the beach and to the bus stop. The breakfast is very simple but delicious. Room seems to be modern style with beautiful and comfortable design and colors. They offer Shisha with suitable price (around 10€) cheaper than other places at the beach.

We arrived in the evening, moved in and it turned out that the room was not properly cleaned, nobody had swept the floor before our arrival, and there were half-empty bottles in the fridge. The room was intended for 3 people, but the towels were for only 2 people, so we should have asked for an additional one. The towels had stains so we had to ask to change them for better ones. After the cleaning in a day, the floor was not swept, there were only 2 towels again, so we had to ask about this additionally. The cleaning ladies in a rude manner wanted us to speak Russian as they didn't understand English. During breakfast, one can ask for a bottle of water and the cleaning lady told us a price though it was free during that time. We decided to change the hotel

I've orderd two rooms for four people but upon arrival receptionist told me that only one room is available and it cost the same price according my order! Later they gave me "discount" minus 35 € and assured me that there are no available rooms around. Card terminal was unserviceable and they ask for a cash, convert $ to € by "interesting" rate and were very surprised when I asked for the receipt! All these manipulations lookes kind of unfair! The only reason to stay there was my plan to spent just two days at the beach and move foreward! I would not recomend this hotel! The main reason is staff attitude!

I had a very bad experience during the check-in. First, I was sent a whatsapp message on the day of my travel that the hotel was fully booked and they had to transfer me to another one called TheLuna Suite Hotel. I have arrived at 4:00 AM at the hotel with my wife, 5 years old son and 4 months old baby after almost a 24 hours flight journey and here was the surprise as they told me they couldn't find me an empty room while I had already paid for the 2 nights. We stayed for almost one hour waiting with no chance so they had to secure us a night in the neighbor hotel called Citrus Park hotel in a very tiny room without breakfast (I paid for the breakfast in my initial reservation) which barely fits two adults and we were 4 persons We could only get our room in theluna Suite hotel the next day.

I was transferred to Theluna Suite hotel. the apartment was really nice and comfy very close to Konyaalti beach

We stayed there a week and got an amazing experience. - This is definitely NOT a massive anonymous block with noisy kids and drunken people shouting - this is a cozy and comfortable family-run hotel were we really could rest during our holiday. No noise, no disturbance, despite very close location to the main road from one side. - The personnel is very friendly and caring - two extremely friendly guys from reception made sure we are feeling welcomed and all our needs regarding the room are met. I can't praise them enough ! - The room was very clean and looked freshly renovated to me, also good modern TV, air con, fridge, etc. - Absolutely gorgeous swimming pool with clean water - fantastic atmosphere. - The breakfast is mainly Turkish cusine, which I personally admire and found very authentic, the food (and bread) were always served fresh and vegetable crispy. - The location is great to go to the beach and even to travel further - the hotel is a short walk from the beach and even shorter to the bus stop on main road, from where you can travel to Antalya city centre with very frequent bus service. - I was very happy and I would definitely stay there again. My kids enjoyed it to play also directly at the small playground in the hotel there directly, although it will probably get a new paint and a little refurbished before the new season ;)

Perfect cleaning, nice huge breakfast, relaxed, calm, cuiet, friendly. All as described. Me and the children (2 years and 4 years old) stayed for the whole month here happily. November is still warm and the beach is so close! We walked every day to the beach, and to the many children playgrounds arround the hotel. We used solely the tram from the airport to the center and then the bus all the way to the hotel. Public transport is great and gets you anywhere you need. We used the pool daily at the hotel. Went to the small shops near by (1 minute walk). The cleaning in the hotel is excelent! The hotel manager speak good english and helped us out whenever we needed. Thank you very much, we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon again!

Location - 5 minutes to all needings: bus station, beach, shops.. quite and clean! Breakfast was very good! The people in hotel are very nice and welcoming and friendly, will help with all questions.
