No soundproofing whatsoever! I was lucky enough not to have noisy neighbours. Your mobile phone conversations can be easily overheard by the people next door.

The mattress and the bedding can be improved.

The location was very good, a few minutes walk to the Konyaalti beach. A 24/7 convenience store is 1 minute away. The staff was friendly and catered to all requests.

You could have put a couple of water bottles! Put the kettle on, and a couple of coffee and tea to choose from. It's not such a big expense, but the customers would enjoy it, for sure!

At the same time the bathroom is kinda small to the point of being a bit uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi is extremely shaky, half of the time I was using mobile internet instead.

Breakfast was less inviting than it usually is in Turkey. Bed might need changing. Disrespectful non-local people staying next to the hotel, discussing politics and smoking into hotel windows till 3am.

I was really impressed by this amazing property although our stay was so short (one night only..on 10th September ) 🍀the hotel is well maintained from the reception to the rooms.. 🍀the room is clean with nice and new furniture..(I think they invested a good money in it).. 🍀the bathroom though small but has modern facilities... 🍀the staff are very nice and ready to help... 🍀the location of the property is in quite neighbourhood and you need to walk almost 20 minutes to reach the beach.. 🍀finally the owner of the property was very welcoming and nice (we had the opportunity to meet him before check-out ).

Awful sound proof. Bed not comfortable, too short and too soft. Shower door and mini bar doors broken. No balcony and other building windows view. Hostile dogs in hotel street, almost got bitten. Be careful! There's a kettle in the room but no cups, tea or coffee, only downstairs. No complementary bottle of water. A bit far from beach and no good restaurant close by

Breakfast was mediocre. Some of the food was old. During my staying I had a skin disease and the evening receptionist didn't let a friend of mine to come in my room for helping me put the cream I need for my sickness. The excuse was that my friend is not paying for the room, and that I should have my friend pay before coming to the room. The result was that I couldn't put the cream properly and I dirtied all the blankets.

The place is clean and new. Good location and parking available.

We had 2 rooms. In the second room shower was again "turkish regular", nothing worked :) Other than that everything was still nice. But yeah, bathroom experience matters.

Nice small hotel. Easy parking on street. Close to beach, some 5+ minutes. Good shops and restaurants around. It was a good stay for our last 3 nights.

I'd advise to add at least one chair into the room as the only wardrobe in a room is not enough to keep things of two travelers, some more hooks in the bathroom and better organize a spot to dry one's swimming belongings.

Breakfast is plain and the same each day: eggs, vegetables and fruits, different kind of cheese, ham, fruit jelly, some sweets like rakhat-lokum, cornflakes, tea and coffee. Not that interesting but one will of course not get hungry. The hotel staff is helpful and kind, the hotel is situated on a quiet street in in ten minutes walk from the Konyaalti beach.

I booked a room with a balcony, but I was provided a room only with a window. The administration shoulded when I asked where the balcony is. I remove points for this. cushions really very uncomfortable and rigid. In room 303 the draining in the sink does badly.

Breakfast served: cheese, eggs, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, biscuits (like Maria in Russia), delicious Laban, chocolate pasta in mini packages, honey, different jams. On the last day there were fruits: watermelon, melon, grapes, pears, rakhat lucum and cherbet. In general, positive emotions remain, the owners are friendly and smile, 5-6 minutes to the sea.

The standard room is very small. Even the bathroom. A big man is better to choose a larger room. Bed is almost narrow for two people.

Fridge in the room is very useful. Air condition is perfect, I have never met so silent equipment as we had in the room. Pool is clean and can be used in the evening.

No towels by the pool so u have to take your own from the room. Sun beds by the pool were very dusty so the towel (we already know that we need to appreciate those) get dirty right away. No water at breakfast - you have to buy it from the vending machine which is really weird considering breakfast is included Wifi didn’t work well, never connected on lay laptop so if I had to work - I wouldn’t have any chance

Overall a nice place to stay, room was clean (you have to ask for it to be cleaned which is not too good since no one changes towels and there are only 2 per person - uncomfortable when u have to use sandy towels from the beach)
