Wifi reception is extremely limited and non-existent in many locations and the speed is also questionable. The access to wifi is also tied to passport details which is not safe in general. Additionally I would personally prefer a regular wifi password instead of web browser authentication because I couldn't use some of my smart devices that cannot open a browser session to login to the server. Food variety is extensive but the taste is alright. The beachfront had wind everyday at certain times and it looks like it is a natural phenomenon at the bay.

Great beach and sea, very large and spacious pool and large number of lounges. Very helpful staff. Very close to Ephesus Ancient City and a decent car ride to Sirince village. A lot of services like rent-a-car are available inside the hotel.

Would like more focus on Turkish cuisine which when offered was delicious. Would like natural fruit juices offered as opposed to artifical juices.

The entertainment staff were very good and hard working. Lots of activities for children. Staff very attentive.

The food was not that good, but realistically, it's logical that you can't cook extremely tasty food for so many guests at once. It was a bit expensive all in all, we went out to the city for dinner most nights, because we found that a nicer experience and better food.

Everything was very clean and tidy, some very nice staff members across reception, F&B and the life guard teams who made our stay special, the location was great right next to a beautiful beach, amazing experience for the kids and handy for us parents to have everything needed nearby.

We stayed in March so couldn't use the pools or the waterpark

All was good and as expected. The reservation team kindly modified our booking even after we checked in because we needed to leave earlier than planned. They were really nice accommodating our request.

The property is huge, it takes quite sometime to get from one place to another. The public areas felt anonymous and unfinished (meaning there were signs that might indicate a patisserie or a restaurant however those spaces looked no different from any of the other rooms). The lighting throughout the property is too harsh, almost institutional, we noticed there were lamps and task lights that were placed but not plugged in. The flooring in shower is VERY slippery, the tile used is like glass. BE CAREFUL.

The pools and beach were amazing. The staff was helpful. The spa was beautiful. Covid protocols seem to be being followed.

1. The staff are poor, they don’t know how to work, the most part of it need training, and I think there are not enough people to serve 2. Animations are bad 3. And WiFi doesn’t work everywhere, such a hotel should improve these points, but again the hotel is nice and we’ll return here with our friends not to be bored, and I definitely recommend this hotel to families with children

The hotel was new, nice and comfortable, very clean, we were given very nice room, the food was very delicious, different kinds of food: fish, meat chicken, vegetables, fruits, sweets… and the food is served very nice, the swimming pools are exceptional

We didn't like that 1. on the beach you could hardly find a seat, there are only a few for so many guests. 2. the floor is so slippery inside the hotel and in the bathroom 3. the food could have had more choices - chicken, as we didn't like lamb or veal and it was really crowded sometimes 4. snack bar closes at 16 and dinner begins only at 19

Big rooms and bathrooms, everything is very clean, I appreciated this, it makes you feel so good. Staff is really kind, helpful, they work a lot in the hot summer. The pools are amazing, clean and warm all the time. Delicious fruits, vegetables and desserts at every meal. Snack bar has great choices. Minibar refilled every day. Great drinks at the bar, lovely mojito. Free big parking, WIFI works great.

Food: Dinner buffet left us wanting... There is a variety of choice, but we would prefer less choice and great attention to quality and execution. Would also recommend that they highlight something different for particular nights so that it is less monotonous and there is something to get more excited about trying. We did order from outside the restaurant (only take-away due to lockdown) in order to break this up. We would have also liked more local cuisine, even if it is more spicy or may not please all guests (in particular children). Also need a grill station to give the guests the opportunity to try food prepared at the moment rather than in a warmer. The entertainment ("animators"): As compared to other all-inclusive places was spotty and more low budget that we had anticipated. Some kind of entertainment in the main lobby would have also been nice as evenings could get a bit boring. Animators themselves were very nice; can only work with the tools provided. General caveat that this was impacted by COVID. Staff / service: overall good, but could be hit or miss, even for lower maintenance guests. Gentleman in the main lobby bar deserves a special shout-out, knows his craft and customer service. Would encourage the restaurant managers to do less "looking around" (monitoring) and pitch-in with the actual work to improve some team spirit. Facilities: Beach loungers need to be replaced and not commensurate with the hotel's rating. Beach itself nice and plus to have such an easy access. Overall: Fairly good price to value. A bit on the high-side for what you get and we would likely try to see what the difference would be at a lower price point. We generally would not choose all inclusive if not for the lockdown while we were there.

Overall met our expectations and would recommend. We stayed in the double room and the quality and cleanliness was spot on. Pool very attractive and well maintained. COVID aspects well considered. Quality of the breakfast very good (continental style). Location: Very good for us as we had a car and made day trips most days (Ephesus, Celchuk, Cesme / Alacati, Kusadasi / Dilek National Park). Free and available parking on-site.

Out side of my room looks very dirty

Property was ok Outside of the rooms and the carpets are very dirty Lady who works in the SPA is very rude . We didn’t understand what she was mumbling and then she raised her voice

The stuff don’t really speak English, if you have any problems it’s difficult to communicate. The food quality is average, nothing to do with 5star hotel standard.

The building is new and the, the pool , the spa and the gym are nice.
