Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

HungaryThe lobby, corridors and restaurant are not airconditioned. By the time I got to my room I was dripping sweat, literally. The room 306 is fine but the balcony is practically non—existent. It is literally a small triangle on the corner of the building. There is no room to put a chair so impossible to sit and enjoy the view of the sea. There are no blankets, just a thick sheet that serves as a blanket. There is a couch in the room but no chair so it is impossible to use the desk. There is a small table by the couch but you have to crouch over it. The shower cabin is very small and it is a tight squeeze to get in and out. The shower head is removable and when I checked in it was down. The holder is really high the hose is almost too short so it’s a real stretch to fix it, especially if you want to wash your hair. There were a couple of small soaps and shampoo bottles but no other amenities (conditioner, q-tips, shower cap, etc.).
The staff is very friendly but hardly speak or understand English. I asked for and was given 2 electronic keys so that I could leave one plugged in during the day so that the A/C cools the room the entire day. There is a small refrigerator in the room and there is complimentary water every day. Breakfast is ok. There were some hot items like hotdogs and French fries and hard-boiled eggs; several types of cheeses and olives, different kinds of bread, fresh vegetables and watermelon. There is an outdoor terrace at the restaurant, but it is only available during breakfast hours. the hotel is located across the street from the beach and is surrounded by many restaurants.

United KingdomIt was difficult to communicate with the staff as there was a language barrier and we couldn't communicate properly. After I checked out and asked if everything was alright with the payment and the receptionist answer was "yes no problem" One hour after they phoned me while i was at the airport and said that i didn't pay for one night etc. They also WhatsApp me expecting me to reply right away or pay when I was in the middle of hundreds of people dealing with my check in. Here again the lack of communication is a problem as no one really speak english and seems to be an issue with organising payments too which is a pity.
Front beach and close to a lot of restaurants The cleaners were excellent and the breakfast as well. Downstairs they have a local hamam where you can get massages and sauna. Its not a luxury one but the staff were amazing! The guys at the receptionist very friendly and the massage therapist Denise Fantastic!

United KingdomNothing major . We enjoyed the location.
• location : the hotel located directly on Konyaalti Beach Akdeniz Road. It is around 5 Km from town centre a taxi ride for 80 TL ($5) . The public transport buses and Dolmus to town centre and Kemer depart from Attaturk Bulvari which is 1 km on the back of the hotel. Aquarium , Migros Mall and Aktur Park are within walking distance 1.2 km. • The room size was compact and neat. The beds clean and comfortable with great view of the beach sea and Turus Mountain. • there is daily housekeeping and cleaning . • there is coffee machine in the reception which guests can use for free. • on the ground floor there is small swimming pool a good restaurant and a pub . On lower grand floor , there is a Spa and Turkish Hammam . All these are opened for public. • the internet is reliable and fast . • The reception staff - Fidam and Salattin - are fine . They can arrange for you excursions to touristic attraction . • the breakfast : 4 types of white cheese , eggs , tomato cucumber and olive , sausage , chips , cornificks, few types of Jam and seasems puree . • there are 3 shops nearby and various restaurants on the vicinity across Akdeniz road.

Uruguay- The shower cabinet is made of plastic and it's kinda old. It gets flooded so you end up taking a shower with your feet under a couples of cms of water. - Buffet Breakfast is a bit lacking on options (specially according to western traditions) but everything that we have found is kinda customary in Turkey is available: salads, boiled eggs, bread, coffee, tea.
- Location is unbeatable, you are in front of the beach, with a fantastic view from the balcony. You are close to all the restaurants and shops and you even have a Spa underground that offers a good Turkish bath at a good price (150 TL). - The room is comfortable and spacious, with a good bed, nice sunlight, an AC and a nice coach. - The reception guy is really nice and easy going. - You have a nice swimming pool.

United KingdomAlready explained above I did not like anything about this hotel.
We arrived late because of flight delays went to our room which I PAID for single beds. Arrived to find a double bed. So for one night they gave us separate rooms. But the room my friend got didn’t have a card key. So every time she went out she would have to contact reception so the guy could come up and open the door because he had the only key for that room. The next morning they said our new room was ready. So we moved our belongings to the new room that WAS NOT READY. It was in a disgusting state so we had to go out while they prepared the room.

GermanyThe first big complaint is that the hotel room does not have a safe, so you have to carry valuablethings with you throughout your vacation. Ventilation in the toilet does not exist, torn decorative wallpaper on the door posts of the bathroom, toilet bowl cistern does not work, so you need to pour water into bottles and rinse the toilet after use. A lot of broken and poorly done pieces of furniture in the room and in the bathroom that no one fixes, 70 percent of things are bad. The photos that are on the booking site were probably taken a few years ago, so this is not the right measure of the current state of the hotel. The card you use to open the door very often does not work, so you have to go back to the reception for the card to be reset.
The hotel is right next to the beach.
