We don't like the mattresses, smell of the smoke come to the room on the night.

Everything was good for the amount of money we paid.

The location of the hotel is good, it is located in Goreme and everything is close. As for comfort, it depends on taste, I'm claustrophobic and Cave style hotels didn't suit me, so Kufe was right for me. The price of bed and breakfast is very reasonable, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff is very friendly and happy to help with everything.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights in Kufe hotel, great location, walking distance to restaurants and central, bed was comfortable breakfast was just ok , could be improve, prefer filter coffe rather than instant coffe, it was old building can’t complain what we paid what we get, We booked Green Tour in the hotel 65 euro each,next day we found outside for a 40 euro outside, so you can bargain outside, Yasemin in the kitchen was so friendly and always asked about how was everything and Fatma housekeeper was nice too

some updates could be made to the bathroom and linens to really elevate the experience but for the price it’s perfect

tucked away in the corner of goreme with an absolutely stunning view of fairy chimneys over the pool and gardens, kufe is an amazing value for what you get. the breakfast spread is incredible - better than some of the most famous hotels in the area, and the staff is super helpful and always ready with tips and guidance. There’s no aircon but because it’s build of stone the rooms stay quite cool (at least in June when I visited!)

The bed is not overly comfortable. You could feel the springs. Everything is town is geared to sell you a tour or something else including the owners. The prices of everything are 50% more than you will find in Istanbul and elsewhere. The roads are dirt but they may be trying to pave them and build sidewalks.

It is a nice place. The owners are helpful. There is an good breakfast available. Sometimes the balloons float over the property. The pool was not filled while we were there. They arranged a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Cash only to pay the bill and there are ATM's available in town.

We stayed during summer. There is no air con in the rooms, and no fan either. I was told there were none available. It is boiling inside your room in the day, way too hot to relax. It was also too hot at night to sleep comfortably. The bathrooms are cleaned but you can smell the toilet pipe from your bed - probably due to old infrastructure. There is also a dog on the property that barks a lot at night, don’t stay at this hotel if you are a light sleeper. If these sorts of things don’t bother you, the hotel is okay.

Location is great, and the pool is excellent.

They really need to take better care of the hotel. Everything is so old en gets a little dirty, however the place has so much potential. The garden is beautiful, but they don't use it in a good way. Swimming pool Gers green and they need to invest in new outside furniture. Our bathroom was als very stinky.

Location was perfect, in the centre of Göreme, yet some meters of lots of restaurants so it's quiet. Also close to sunset point if you wake up early in the morning to see the balloons. Breakfast has lots of options and they help you if you need something (airport shuttle...).

I arrived late and the hotel didnt have option for dinner / lunch. So it was needed to go somewhere to eat. And the breakfast could be better. Also, i would add that room needs renovation.

The location was great, in the center of Goreme. Very good for a walk upside the hill and around the town. Receptionist Ms.Bahara is amazing! She was so helpful and supportive. She has managed to book me with the best tours for balloon ride and green tour! Natural garden and pool is so peaceful and recharging after wake up at 4 am.

We arranged airport pick-up in writing before our arrival. They even asked for our flight number, so it all seemed settled. There was noone waiting for us at the airport. We got a random taxi to take us there (for the same price - 30 EUR). When we arrived and aksed about our arranged ride, they didn't really understand what we wanted... Sometimes there was no water (it could have been a pressure problem on the first floor.) There was something with our booking.com reservation, which didn't appear in the hotel's system, so on the third evening we got to our room and found that someone else's stuff were there and ours disappeared. Like in a strange movie... We had 4 more nights left. The hotel staff just packed all our things and gave our room away. When they realized they made a mistake, we got upgraded to the first floor honeymoon room with the balcony and we got a discount of one night's cost, which was a reasonable compenstaion. This new room was really nice - except for the toilet being in the room with just a medium high wall separating it. Staff is trying to be helpful, but their English is limited. We never learned exactly how they could not know about our reservation...

Good location, close to the centre of Göreme. The garden and swimming pool are nice (towels are provided at the pool). Buffet breakfast is really nice and tasty with good variety. You can also sit in the garden to eat. Rooms can be different, we stayed in two of differing quality. Basic cleaning is done with daily towel change, but several surfaces were dusty. The first floor room with the balcony has nice views, you can see the hot-air balloons early in the morning.

Modest room that needs some renovation. The bed was an old metal structure with a spring mattress that was very uncomfortable. But for the price we really can't complain.

Offering over priced tour rates almost double from normal charges. An Afghani man at reception offered 70 euro Per head for green tour and same tour we booked from out side hotel at 35 euro per head.

Location is very good, near to town. Staff is friendly, Breakfast was ok not to much variety but it was good.
