We enjoyed the breakfast but it could be improved by having different things from day to day.

Location is perfect since it's close to most of the tourist attractions in Istanbul. The staff is always kind and helpful. The transfer from and to the airport is convenient and comfortable.

The range of food, reception desk is in the dining room which is quite awkward lol !

The rooms were a little on the smaller side but adequate enough, toiletries provided, shower worked well, room service was done everyday of our stay, Breakfast was ok, location was excellent. Kettle and tea provided

The only problem that has the hotel is that the walls are not soundproofed...You can hear the people of next room as if they are in your room...

The members of the staff were extremely polite and helpful! We are very satisfied with the service! The room was nice, you have had the economy type and it was perfect for 2 people, the beds were very comfortable and it was very clean!

As this is the old part of Istanbul the whole area is very hilly with lots of old cobblestones, so walking is difficult for elderly or infirm guests.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 mins walk to the left brings you to the Blue Mosque, 5 mins walk to the right is The Grand Bazaar. The trams are a 2 min walk from the hotel.

Hotel Kupeli is very good and staff are very friendly and helpful about room is clean every day about location wise everything is 4 minutes walking around good locations sea view everything is near by. Breakfast is good every day is same. Every thing is good from this hotel money is worth it.

Even though it is mentioned that they would accept American Express, they do not. They gave some excuses for it. The bed was not comfortable. There was nothing warm available for breakfast and it was the same on all the 4 days we stayed.

The location of this hotel is the biggest plus. It is very well connected by public transport. Everything that a tourist needs is at a walkable distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels and water bottles were provided. There were cute kittens living in front of the hotel.

- Its not that big deal but i think mattress could be better “terms of comfortability” - the location is little bit down on a hill same as the 70% of Istanbul

everyone was so polite and helpful. since dat one they offered help yo show around and handed me a map to explain and to guide me through the whole city. I loved the location as its near by the whole sightseeing. The manager Tuner is such a nice gentleman who would offer help and you can count on. we definitely going back

Only the AC in our room was initially not working, but after mentioning it to reception they fixed it straight away so I have no complaints here.

Very friendly manager and staff, we were upgraded to the top floor in their new building which came with a sea view and balcony which was very nice. Breakfast was consistent but good, and the place was clean and centrally located in the Sultanahmet area, 2 minutes walk to the cemberlitas tram stop. I would recommend to others.

Nothing. As an improvement suggestion, if to make one, additional less bumpy pillows would be good to have as well. For us they were good enough.

The hotel is what they say. Quiet place taking in account the position at the end of a crowded shopping/delivery area. Situated in a good location between Grand Bazar and the Blue Mosque, it has been possible to walk with the kids. The tram is at 3 minutes. Staff has been very helpful all time. Also ordered for us a shuttle from the airport. It was 2 hours each trip because Fatih and the area around the canal were extreemly crowded. Trip was in confortable conditions, so price was worth.. All reccommendations the hotel staff did were good.
