The bedding and towels are well past their sell by date and need replacing. They should do better than instant coffee at breakfast...it is Turkey after all. Access to centre of town is a little awkward, especially by car as you have to drive right around the town to get to the centre. The lightning in the lounge of the suite is really poor.

You get to sleep in a cave. The bed is comfortable. Views from the restaurant terrace are nice. You get a decent breakfast. Nice quiet location.

Those who are sensitive to smoke or dust may want to check with staff about which room is best. Our room was non smoking but when other guests are smoking on the premises you can sometimes smell it in the rooms.

A very clean, comfortable hybrid cave hotel. We stayed in the family suite, which was very spacious for our family of four. The staff were wonderful and the location offers great views over Goreme. Breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. One morning we left too early and they packed us bagged lunches in lieu of breakfast, which was really helpful on the long drive to Catalhoyuk. Highly recommend.

They need to get more organized. We booked a room but got a different one. I tried to get the room that we booked for but they said they cant do anything so have to ask them how can they compensate with this issue. They’ve just given us dinner for 2 to compensate which isnt bad but still going for holidays means we want to relax at least. Not to get some unnecessary issues like this

Hotel personal were very helpful especially Zadi. The only bad thing is that they don't really speak English. In general in Turkey is very difficult to find people who can speak another language. That makes communication not so efficient.

Very clean place. Rooms were big and suitable. Pictures look more luxurious than it actually is. But it was a good option for a quick stay. Terrace is cool and restaurant is also good.

The wifi in the cave room was non existent which was a shame

The view is good for the balloons, it could do with a little refurb at the terrace for some better photos. The breakfast was good and varied. Mustafa was a great dude.

Sometimes it was a bit hard to communicate with the staff because their English wasn’t great. They tried really hard though!

The prices given to us by the staff for activities were always a lot higher than what we found by our own means ou with other hotels.

There was no air conditioning and it was a little hot. Wi-Fi was not stable.

Everyone, including the staff at the inn and the store clerks in the neighborhood, was very friendly and helpful. He was kind enough to find me a cheap tour. The breakfast was sumptuous, Turkish style and very good.

The wifi didn't work in one of the bedrooms. The shower in the main bedroom leaked through a crack in the bathtub, all on the bathroom floor whenever we had a shower.

The location of the hotel in Uchisar was beautiful and close to many lovely restaurants. The room was very nice, decorated beautifully and was an actual cave.

Reception person didn't understand English and Communication was not easy. Bathroom door did not close properly. There was no shower curtain so when we took shower there was water all over the floor. Bathroom lighting was also very dark. The breakfast was very basic.

water seepage in room 7 & 10 on ceiling. a brownish cover has been temporarily put. this needs to be repaired soon. also i have noticed that these two rooms are having damp walls. the surface falls off even on touch.
