We paid for a deluxe room, and as we had the whole hotel booked out I got to see the other rooms. The only difference was ours was a tiny bit bigger. We thought from the photos of the deluxe room that we'd be getting a balcony. Also, prices of drinks by the pool seemed far too expensive. Wifi kept cutting in and out and was very slow. Our room didn't get cleaned once even though we stayed for 5 nights, although I'm sure if we had asked they would've cleaned it.

Staff were fantastic, couldn't have asked for more polite, helpful staff that went beyond what they needed to. Great location to Alacati town centre.

Only one member of staff spoke English so it was sometimes a bit difficult to communicate. However all staff was super friendly so we managed to get everything we needed in the end. It would also be useful to provide a drop off / pick up point for guests arriving by taxi as the hotel isn’t accessible by car. When we arrived our driver called the hotel to pick us up at the car, but on the return journey it wasn’t very clear where we needed to go. So just a recommendation to provide a pick up point to avoid confusion.

We stayed here for 5 days with a group of friends ans basically had the hotel to ourselves which was great. The location is great for going to shops and restaurants and our room was nicely decorated. There is a pool bar and staff offered us little treats. They even opened the pool and bar for us again after we came back late one night so they really went above and beyond.

We had a great stay in La Grenadine Hotel. The owners Mitat and Ayeesha were wonderful hosts and together with the staff they made our stay in Alaçati to never forget! The hotel is located in the centre but on a silent street, perfect location for persons that would like to be in crowds within a minute, but also want to escape to this quiet hidden gem! If you like to go on a holiday and do not think about what you are going to do, Mitat is there to help you out. Upon request he drafts you a plan for the day, guaranteed succes!

Very pretty and quaint boutique hotel. Central location but not noisy. The owners and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to return.

Nothing springs to mind - it was excellent in every way.

A lovely, small and very personal hotel in a really good location in the town. All the staff were superb and couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was outstanding quality and very filling. The senior suite room was very well appointed and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommend for adults. Alacati is a lovely place to stay.

One of the best boutique hotels we have had the pleasure to stay in,its location was spot on for main tourist drag in Alacati. Mithat.,his lovely wife ,family and staff could not have been more accommodating and we got excellent advice on local beaches and restaurants together with taxi arrangements and a hugh help with local banking facilities,for which which we were most great full. The bedroom was like a little cottage and overlooked the pool around which an excellent breakfast was served every morning..This really was a fantastic find and we would certainly return again.

Honestly? Nothing!

This charming boutique hotel has an exquisite element of coziness that makes you feel at home. I stayed 2 nights and felt I wanted to stay more! All the staff including Mithat and Mert, were quite welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast, which is served at the pretty backyard by the pool, was super delicious. The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Alaçatı, probably 30 seconds away from the restaurants and cafes.

Cozy ambience, hygiene, best hospitality you might ever wish for: their generous guidance, care and friendliness is exceptional. Not to mention the authentic exotic rooms with its simple details.. and the flowery scene that you never get enough looking at it.
