Beach and sea are clean with a beautiful landscapes. You can visit Marmaris or Icmeler on feet (around 5 km and 2,5 km). The food displays in the restaurant was very big with a lot of variety but also a lot of repetition. The hotel staff was very helpful in general and in particular in the restaurant during the meals service and the cleaning service in the room.

Too much crowded and at times chaotic specially during the meals. Considering the resort is in Turkey, they charge UK prices for services like the Spa, hair salon, excursions etc - quite expensive and many guests feel ripped off.

The room was basic but nice with strong air-conditioning and nice views. The food displays in the restaurant was huge with a lot of variety but also a lot of repetition. Our room did not get cleaned daily but just the bathroom which was not nice for a five star resort and we did inform the reception who simply apologised at the end. The hotel staff was very helpful in general and particularly in the restaurant during the meals service. The ambience of this five star resort is good but not much flashy and posh like you get in five star hotels / resorts in the UK, USA, India or Dubai.

It's advertised 5* and it is not. Many things advertised which was not true. There were 4 alacarte restaurants which you had to book, you have to pay 10 Euro per person for fish restaurant and any alcohol consumed had to be purchased, this is supposed to be fully inclusive and it was not. The food in the main restaurant was good, however very very relative and ran out very quickly.

-coffee is disgusting unfortunately -some of reception staff were not nice -crowds in restaurant but it’s okay for such resort -underground parking is too small and you might damage your car

-Staff at restaurant and housekeeping are very fast and professional -Beach and sea are clean, beautiful landscapes -you can always find something to eat (though not everything is tasty) -wi-fi works everywhere

Rooms were not cleaned properly. One day we stayed in the room during cleaning and we were surprised by how quick it was. So we went to reception, placed our complaint and nothing changed the next day tbh. Also there are no places where you can work with your laptop in silence during the day apart from your room, so keep that in mind if you have some work to do.

Nice location, you can visit Marmaris on feet but hotel is still in secluded area. Sea water was very clean. We especially liked the sunbathing beach area where there were not too many people. Food was great, several options for vegans. Minibar with sweets was great, we loved taking a midnight tea on the balcony. Rooms are big and a/c is really good for july.

The receptionist (his name is Burak) was very unpleasant and scoffed by giving key 4 (!) times from rooms/numbers, which are not corresponding to our order. We spend almost the whole vacation day resolving this issue.

Guest relation manager Julia was fantastically helpful and solve all issues, which happened during our stay. Warm thanks for her! Also, it is very good cleaning and size of the suite where we stay at hotel.

The only thing I have to say is the food for me, I am coeliac so to be very honest the hotel didn't cater for this, i am also extremely fussy. Even with speaking to the chef and guest relations they did try but it even after the chef made the meal it gave me extreme stomach cramps, I did have a beautiful meal in the Italian though it was fabulous! However the 8 others I travelled with got to enjoy all the beautiful food and had very very full bellys!

The premises is just absolutely stunning, it's fabulous. The entertainment was always top class, from dancers to karoke to djs always very good! We stayed in a two bedroom bungalow and it was perfect for us, both rooms had beautiful balconies overlooking the beach/jetty which was fantastic because it meant the teenagers had there own space! Cleaners everyday always fresh towels and water. The staff were just out of this world. In particular two girls who did the evening waitressing, they couldn't have done more for us Aleaf & Ayse (I hope I've the spelling right!) They looked after us so well, always smiling and made sure we always had a drink in our hand. They are a credit to the hotel. Ridbad also in the Italian was such a gentleman. We had a Turkish bath in the hotel and it was pure bliss, I highly recommend it and we got a great price for 70mins. We also booked our excursions through the hotel the waterpark and the trip to rhodes, it was great knowing we had it all done in the hotel and didn't have to be going down town to get the best deal as we were very impressed with the hotel prices.

lack of recycling facilities in the rooms. environmental credentials were not good at all. no use of solar. all of which is a real shame. gym could have had much better facilities. no bike in gym was a shame.

we got scamed by the sales man of the trips and activities in the hotel on the kiosk , unfortunatley some of satff are not soeaking english .but tjey werw friendley .

The activitiea every night was fun for kids .the beach like you are in garden ,just amazing . he panoramic view frim my room early moroning was magical . all the meals was inclusive 😀

Location and welcoming staff. I would say that location is fantastic (very green, pine trees, eucalyptus, long and nice embankment to walk or/ and to run) but unfortunately the sea and the beach were not so nice as surroundings: dirty sea smelling with seaweeds

The housekeeping is a bit less than average, they failed to change the bed sheets when requested and the cups were not being washed/replaced as well as the complementary coffee station (but when calling the reception, housekeeping provides the needed in a very fast way).

We had an all inclusive deal (food & beverages) and it offered a wide selection of dishes and several buffet stations. Staff is very friendly and provide a good service. Safety guards and staff across all the facility. You can find all your needs within the hotel premises including tours and activity booking (although it is 50%+ more expensive than what you can find in the city). They do have kids' club to help you have a break for a couple of hours when needed.

-Alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks were really low quality. There weren't good choice of drinks. What they call as whiskey is a vodka with malt aroma. Red wine and beer were only drinkable. -There is no sandy part of the beach. That's not good for kids. Kids usually want to play at the sand. -The bars at the beach close at 6 but that's still a good time to be at the beach. -The room cleaning was not great. A centipede showed up in the room (and we have a baby), we told reception to send room cleaning immediately but that didn't happen. They came at the scheduled time. -All lounge chairs at the pool and beach are taken by towels even from the night by the hotel guests. But personnel do not take any action on that. -Facility is generally quite old. It requires renovation in many areas.

-The foods were good at the open buffet. The service and food was great at the restaurants. -Kid's club, kid's disco and the staff working there were really great! Our kid didn't want to leave from there. She loved the staff! But there is not enough investment by the hotel management here. There could be more toys, swings, trampolines, activities etc. there is enough space but very limited toys. -Staff is generally polite and helpful. -Shows and events are good but I can't say the same for the host. The band on Saturday was very good.
