Although rooms are clean and comfortable, they could do with a bit of updating. Walk in shower maybe but that’s only if I’m being very picky

The staff were so friendly genuinely want you to participate in activities and enjoy your time at the resort. Food and drink facilities were great plenty of options. Sparkling clean. Night entertainment was fun! Customer service is no1 priority to them and it clearly shows when you visit. Always someone asking if you need a drink by the pool or lobby as soon as you sit down to eat.

When we arrived the man on the front desk breath smelt really badly. I think hygiene is really important. Also his English wasn’t that good and he wasn’t able to explain to us everything properly. It was our first time at an all inclusive and we barely knew what was going on. Front staff need to have better English because there were SO many miscommunications. When the Michael Jackson entertainment happened I was so upset about the cultural appropriation. One of the dancers were wearing a Native American head piece which is so offensive. Their culture is not a custome and they had dressed the black guy in some jungle clothes. Me and my boyfriend were mortified and honestly we were so so uncomfortable. I get that it’s trying to spread a positive message but showing a black man in jungle clothes to show unity is not it. Black people do not only come from villages or tribes in Africa so I found that really offensive and it will make a lot of black visitors uncomfortable. The man who worked for the bookings of all All A Carte was very stand offish and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Sometimes you need to wait a long time for the drinks to come at your table in the bar beside the main pool. Second pool was not heated and was freezing. Beach and so many places were under renovation. Man who works in entertainment and gives out basketballs is not super friendly. The ‘sushi’ is not real sushi and some fake imitation that does not taste nice. Sushi quality needs to be improved. If you want a taxi they will order the super expensive taxi and not the metered one. Hair salon prices are astronomical.

I loved the staff. Upon entering you are given a free drink. All the drinks are free except a little few. When you get drinks you can also request snacks. Food is AMAZINGGGG. They also do live cooking. You get free food 4 times a day in buffet but they also have a pizza bar. So many bars. Two pools and one beach. Wow I really recommend staying here. Entertainment was surreal. Manager is a dream and he’s so cute. He’ll make sure all the guests are happy. Waiters and chefs are the sweetest humans on earth. Hotel Security was A+. This is a black friendly hotel . If you are black you will be treated really well here ❤️

The beach is a bit underwhelming Better to sit at the pool

The staff were super helpful and friendly. We loved Ali at the pool bar - most excellent 👍 The pools were really big and spacious The food was abundant - lots of variety and fresh grills and salads daily The entertainment team were good fun

Because we went during off peak season the cabanas by the beach was not open which included the a la carte restaurant they advertised to be on the beach pier. The jacuzzi function on one of the pools was also not working.

They had all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. Everything was kept clean and I especially loved the outdoor pools and the gym. The beach was also really nice and there were plenty of sunbeds available. The hamman and massage you can pay for is also really good. Wi-Fi was suberb even at the outdoor spaces.

Really nice, clean facilities. Good food and comfortable rooms. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We travelled to Antalya in the off season which the hotel was clear about. So the outside pools were very cold. You could see additional facilities opening up as we were leaving. Overall a great break.

We visited in winter so some areas were closed, not a complaint but would now love to see it in the summer.

I experienced the sundia by liberty last year and it was lovely to see the same standards here.i want to try them all now. I am vegetarian and there was plenty of choice. Drinks are great.

I booked all my extra days with her and it was so much cheaper than booking.com. she works behind the reception if you need to book your stay. Also thanks to all the amazing staff. 👏

The view from our room was a construction sight, so could've been better. But I guess that's because we were at the back of the hotel.

The food was absolutely amazing - there was something for everyone and it tasted like homemade. There was a variety to choose from and everything was halal! The pools were also very nice - lovely that they were heated. And the staff were mostly friendly.

Main pools were very cold and children were not able to use the heated pool until 31/10 , lots of cats in outside dining areas which were obviously using the flower beds as a toilet which in some areas was a little smelly

Food was excellent plenty of choice , all the staff were outstanding nothing was too much trouble , rooms very comfortable with lots of extra personal touches , hotel was very clean and well maintained
