Well the room i was in to be honest was not as i wished . The sheets where dirty not ironed and the towels i asked to be changed 2 times as where dirty . But overall if you are not a fussy person i will give 7/10

Four star hotel with breakfast like on the airplane. Yes, fresh made pancakes, fries, eggs and so on. That was good. Bread however was packed in plastic and the cereal tasted as if it had been stored since a week in a dusty cupboard. Staff speaks little to no English which is not realistic in a four star establishment.

The room was too warm, although it was 8C outside, it was 27C in our room. We could not understand where the heat was coming from. So we had to keep open the window to the street, which was a bit noisy. Good that the window could open! Maybe the third floor rooms above the spa are always warm? We tried turning on the a/c to cool down but that only blew hot air (same as in other 2 rooms we have stayed in). Good mattress and pillows but the duvet was not quite wide enough for the king size bed.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Good number of power sockets in room. Good shower.

Most things were appalling and can't even belive this hotel is in business.

A few staff memembers really tried to make an effort, but are horribly let down by the bad running of the hotel. The room was spacious although very dated, airon didn't work so awful sleep. The food was OK when they actually offered you a buffet meal which was expected. But for 5 out the 7 nights we were sat down and just given a random meal plonked in front of you without telling you what is was or asking you what you would like, it was like being in prison. The management found this to be acceptable. The drinks they sold on site were he same as London prices... Paid more for a lager in a can than I would pay for a nice draught pint in London. I can't get my head around that. Even in the most touristic area of Antalya overlooking the beautiful scenery yin a prime restaurant, they were 100tl cheaper than the bog standard hotel. Some of the staff looked more upset working there than I was having to stay there, I think they all are a bit fed up. They don't try go out tier way to make you feel welcome. Everything was broken in the spa, I had to open the pool roof myself as they refused as they couldn't b bothered as it was only my family using the pool at that time. Because of poor business the clientele who actually paid and were giving custom were penalised and treat with little consideration. Basically everything you've paid for and promised was absent. By far one of the worst places I've stayed and I've stayed in places which cost £5 a night. It's a shame as it has so much potential Also didn't appreciate all the management sitting about and while we are given a meal which was chicken 5 days in a row... With rice and potatoes. They were served on hand and foot. I asked for a glass of tap water one evening with my meal and I was given a paper cup and told to get tee water from my bedroom tap on floor 4! I was absolutely shocked, as I had my child with me who was also thirsty. I was told water is only free at breakfast.

Hotel is really dated. Which includes the bedrooms, bathrooms, carpet, furniture, bed. Everything really. I was booked in for a week but left after the first night. The photo's don't demonstrate the actual state of everything.

everything which is on booking including the photos are deceiving. I had issues each day that I was there from the remote not working, air-con not working, having to change rooms, staff being so careless, room being unhygienic and mouldy bathrooms. Even up until check out I was told by the receptionist that due to an issue on booking they require a further 7 euro as something apparently on booking wasn’t correct. I have never experienced such stress and definitely was not worth the money.

almost facilities that came with the hotel were either not working or jus out of bounds. payed for breakfast for our stay and they charged us for water. the staff were also very cold and not welcoming
