Everything, especially the facility of the pool which my children absolutely loved. There were enough options to choose from for breakfast and the environment was very pleasant.

Had to move bedroom as the extractor fan was so noisy couldn’t sleep . They swapped my room No problem and new room was excellent . They said they would fix the fan

The rooms are too small: There are not enough storage space, and no there is no place to put the baggage. While the room was clean at the beginning, the daily cleanings were minimal, so the room become more and more dirty over time.

Good location, caffes, restaurants, shops nearby. About 10 minutes form the local beach. The hotel is small, no crowd at all. We really enjoyed the pool. The staff is very kind. The family room has two rooms and two bathrooms which is very good.

The AC in the room was not powerful enough. It was very hot in the room despite the AC being on full. The bathroom smelt really bad but this was because the fan was broken. The lamp was also not working. They fixed the bathroom and lamp issues but this was towards the end of our stay and didn’t get to make use of it much.

Breakfast was good, had a wide variety of options to choose from. The pool was nice and the hotel was in a good location.

At first night someone was smoking a lot, even if it is prohibited to smoke in that hotel. We asked to move us in to other room. They did. Cleaning service is not good at all. They do not do vacuum, unless You ask for it. Sometimes they leave you with only one towel.

I don't know what it was, but there was a horrible smell in the bathroom, possibly the drain, it was worse in the evenings and unbearable in the mornings when you wake up. Once housekeeping came round and cleaned, it was ok, but just got worse throughout the day. The smell just made the room smell horrible. Location wise, theres a few local shops around but no souvenir shops. The hotels restaurant prices were very expensive.

I liked how clean the hotel was. Very nice, very modern. Just very nice in general. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping came round every day and cleaned the room, topped up on toiletries, towels etc. A range of different options for breakfast. Beach was only a 5-10min walk away. The good restaurants were a 10 minute walk away.

- services nearby are not that good, better beach and city is far - you only get one key card to the room - cleaning could be better - breakfast ok but only one sort of juice (cherry)

We spent here just one night on our way to Kaş. Not far from the sea, about 7-10 min walk. many groceries around, 1-2 min walk. Modern style hotel, but the room are very small, we got family room on the first floor, with 2 bathrooms, it’s interesting design, one of the room connected with front door and has a shower in the middle of the room without any doors, it’s not possible to use. the room also had a bed smell coming from shower, I noticed administration, I hope they fix that. The reception guy was very friendly and helpful! big plus is the Breakfast, variety of food is unexpectedly huge and everything tastes very delicious.

A little bit inconvenient for those with baby carriages that pass-ways have different elevation in one place with few stairs.

Valeria on front desk is super nice and helpful, the cleaning ladies and restaurant staff are very nice as well. The hotel seems very new, the bathroom are spacious and very have separate standing shower and huge bath tub- big plus. The only thing there was a weird smell from the bathroom all the time, not sure why… We were family of four and due to my mistake (I thought I made a reservation for a family room) we got a smaller room with 3 beds so we had to share. The rooms are very small in a hotel :( the swimming pool is for kids, because it’s small. The breakfast is included and consists a variety menu, big plus. Overall, a good location with a little walk to the beach, but super close to the grocery store. If you are traveling alone and don’t care about the pool, I would recommend to stay there.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful, especially Timur, Zakariya, Sinan and the lovely blonde lady at the reception too (i’ve forgotten the name). They made the stay a lot more pleasant and were very attentive to anything that we needed. We had breakfast included which was amazing, such a range of dishes and we dined at the restaurant for lunch too. The food was spot on, so fresh and healthy, my friend and I couldn’t get enough! Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would return again
