We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

They hosted us at the hotel with a very sincere welcome. the staff were very friendly and they tried to meet all our requests. breakfast was amazing as well as the dinner (if you reserve the fish priorhand). rooms and the environment were pretty clean and surroundings renewed compared to the pictures (Jul.2023). access to the beach and the location of the sunbeds are okay. Definitely will go there if I ever visit Bozburun again.

TurkeyThe major problem is the lack of housekeeping service. If you are planning to stay for a couple days, it may be ok. However, we stayed for 4 nights, ran out of soap and shampoo on the second day, we had to ask for toilet paper every day during our stay and the bathroom, especially the toilet, was not clean enough. The wifi connection was extremely poor. They have a separate deck area by the sea, however, sea in the town center is quite polluted due to the presence of many boats. So, it is kind of difficult to find a proper area to swim if you are not travelling by car or rent a boat.
The cook is wonderful, we really enjoyed the excellent breakfast every day, and dinner for two evenings. The host is kind and friendly. The view from the room and the hotel was great.
