My biggest gripe of the stay was the cleaner. Once I had checked in she did a terrible job of tidying. She would only empty the bins and make the bed (not change the sheets) She didn't clean my kitchen surfaces after I cooked. Bear in mind I did clean up after myself but she didn't go over it. She moved an empty toilet roll from my bathroom and left it by my ned and emptied my toilet bin and left the bag in the sink. Obviously, her mind was on other things when she was cleaning my room. She didn't fold any clothes left out. Didn't clean the surface/floor area by my bed. Just really shoddy work especially when I had paid extra for a deluxe suite. When they sent her back to my room to clean again she had a bad attitude and told me its my job to clean the kitchen!!! I understand if she didn't do the dishes. Fair enough but to not wipe the counter and then not apologise for leaving the bin in the sink left a bad taste in my mouth. From then I told her to leave my room and cleaned it myself from then on. I would like to say that overall I did feel comfortable here and safe. The majority of the staff were a credit to the establishment but the cleaner really made me annoyed and took away from my experience.

It was new and nicely modern designed. On arrival my room was cleaned to a good standard. It didn't have a fresh smell so I sprayed perfume but I couldn't see any visible signs of dirt. My initial impression was good. 8/10 I arrived at 2 and my room wasn't ready which wasn't ideal as I had spent the entire morning at the dentist and travelled overnight but the gentleman who checked me in was really lovely and sat me in the cafe area and gave me a nice coffee. I thought the location was good. A short walk from the beach and the pool area was small but pretty and never crowded, maybe due to the fact there is a beach close by. There's also lots of shops and a nice bar canapes bistro and bar down the road as well as supermarkets and restaurants so despite what some people say I think the location wasn't bad. Yes its on a busy road but I don't think that makes too much of a difference to your stay. The walls are a bit thin though. If someone in an adjoining room slams the door you can hear it but not enough noise to disturb you. The breakfast was tasty and the chef took great pride in his work. It would have been nice to choose what we would like apart from just how we want our eggs but as I'm not a breakfast person it didnt really bother me too much. The two young ladies who served at breakfast time were always smiley and did their best to accommodate us. The chef was kind and made me a sandwich to go on my last day as I had an early flight. It was very tasty and I was very grateful for it.

It was across from and beside buildings that were falling apart. Some of the fixtures were already loose. Some of the rooms are directly over a noisy and busy street.

The hotel was great, love the room, small pool near our room. Breakfast was nice, it was a typical turkish Breakfast that I don't like really much but it was nice. Staff was great, nice and smiley all the time. They have a private taxi that brings you to their beach. It was really nice stay. 😊🥰

I wish the pool was heated! And maybe more things to do in the hotel it’s self, like some light entertainment for example on days it’s rainy (but that might not be possible considering how small it is). Also it is a bit away from the city centre and Land of Legends (around a 30 minute drive).

The property is new and clean. The staff were superb, absolutely amazing especially Yahya, Burak, the receptionists and the workers at the cafe (a special thank you to one of them that helped with most of our recommendations). Everyone was so accommodating helping us find places to go to eat and enjoy. On our last day Yahya curated a tour for us and got us to see the waterfalls, a boat tour and a hamam and then with Burak got us to the airport. The cafe connected to the hotel is great, especially if you need a drink at night, it seems to be open 24/7 (but I cannot confirm that). Also the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing so if you’re looking for somewhere ‘pretty’ and ‘instagramable’ this is the place for you!

The style of the hotel is amazing, Junior Suite is wonderful, big & comfy. Staff took the extra mile to make our stay pleasant and the bartender took extremely good care of us

The staff used their key to walk in the room while we were sleeping - luckily we were covered at the time. They were very apologetic afterwards and the following morning but it did leave a sour taste

The property itself is perfect but is on a busy main road which is quite noisy.

The hotel is beautifully presented with a calm and tranquil atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable with a tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom is stylish and has a good size walk in shower space. Breakfast was lovely!

they charge 75TL for cappacinos which is about $3.50AUD anytime you want one unless it’s unfiltered coffee whatever that means. I believe if you pay to stay all sorts of coffee should be free for guests with morning breakfast. The cappacinos are great though. would recommend.

the property itself is cosy, comfortable, it’s warm, clean & new, Can’t fault that. The staff are respectable, friendly and professional and on time. The breakfast is great, it’s healthy and all you need.

I would recommend asking how many keys/cards are needed when checking in. Additionally, I think they could add some products to what they have in the shower (razor, toothbrushes, toothpaste, more toilet paper)

The location is magnificent, very close to the airport and the beach. The rooms are beautiful and the support staff is very nice. Special applause to Anna from the Guest Relations department. They did many things out of the ordinary to make our short stay more pleasant and less stressful.

Nothing major really. I suggest extra staff in the restaurant in the morning- it gets busy. No mirrors in rooms, only in bathroom. Also the rainfall shower allows water to leak from the cubicle, bathmat takes care of it.

Some rooms had too much to sunlight, so there should be blackout curtains. Also there was no proper quilt/blanket. There were these thin ones with rugged texture.

It a beautiful property with nice comfortable rooms. Also I also liked their cafe and desserts.
